Definitely welcome back! Our schedules didn't leave time for chip dip, so hopefully we can correct this on their next time through! :)
Only stayed one evening, but had great conversations. We will try to get up to their site soon, maybe in 2017 on our way to Alaska.
We want to let the club members know that we highly recommend Cluculz Duo as guests. They were delightful and very entertaining. They stayed overnight and we had coffee and a good visit with them before they left to continue their travels. The stories kept us laughing, and their pets were entertaining and very well behaved . Hopefully they will all honor us with future visits. JCandM
How lucky were we that on our first "host" experience these two showed up!! Shelly and Ralph were a hoot!! We laughed for hours at their stories! We were sorry to see them leave and hope we get to see them again. We would welcome them back anytime , just wish they could stay longer! Buddy and Noelle
Ralph and Shelley are so warm and friendly, easy-going, fun, and FULL of great travel stories. Having traveled from the West Coast of Canada, to the East Coast of the US, back across to the West Coast of Mexico, and up and down both Coasts, they have a plethora of travel experience and tips, which they were more than happy to share. After just a few days, they felt like family and we have plans to keep in touch and hopefully meet up again. They are welcome here any time and for as long as they wish to stay. We hope to one day be able to make it up to visit them in their neck of the woods, or even caravan with them someday on their travels. Mike and Cathy G.
We had Shelley and Ralph stay with us for one night. We shared a coffee with them before they left and enjoyed their company immensely. It was nice to chat with seasoned fifth wheelers as well as learn a bit about travelling in an rv. Would not hesitate to host them again!
Ralph and Shelley stayed with us for five nights although we were only home the first night . They took very good care of our place. High recommendation for this couple
Friendly couple had a good visit along with a few laughs over a couple of cups of morning coffee. Would recommend hosting them.
After meeting this fantastic couple on our way to AK, we made it a priority visit our new found friends on our way back to the lower 48. We're glad to call them friends. We can't image them not welcoming anyone with open arms.
Wished we had longer to stay. Great site Quiet on the lake away from all the traffic. Loved our morning coffee on the deck .Talked about future trips we want to take They had lots of good advise for us Highly recommend
Stayed two nights on our way through northern BC. Lovely spot, even in the rain. Had some great chats! We now know about an awesome restaurant in the woods thanks to our hosts! Very knowledgeable about RVing, and happy to share their tips and adventures. Definitely recommended!
Cluculz Duo were/are the perfect hosts. Our first trip through British Columbia on our way to Alaska and they couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. Beautiful spot just a short walk to the lake. The pull-through space was more than we could hope for, easy to get in and out. We would give them the highest recommendation for anyone passing through the area.
We spent three nights with these wonderful people. Thet treated us like family. Also had an afternoon ride on the lake in their boat.If you are in the area and looking for a boondocking spot, look them up. You will not be disappointed.
Stayed 1 night 11th july 2016, had a bit of a fright, when we arrived, & saw it was tight, to enter, our rig is, 40ft, but no problem, they saw us in,&, afterwards, took us out on, the lake on their boat, & made us vey welcome
This was our first boondockers experience and it was a fantastic one. We were made very welcome and so were our dogs. The first evening our hosts provided chips and dip and we had a few drinks around the picnic table (until the thunder and rain chased us under our awning) It was like we found old friends. Many thanks for your hospitality we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were made very comfortable with water and electricity hookups, offers to fish from their dock and a ride in their boat which did not come to pass due to inclement weather. We went out for dinner the last evening at a place on the lake which we never would have found on our own. Bill and Toni from Campbell River, BC
We stayed two nights with Shelley & Ralph at Cluculz Lake and they simply were wonderful... Welcoming, caring and funny, so we couldn't do anything else than enjoying our stay, their stories and the evenings together at the campfire. They even showed us the lake by boat. @Shelley: Your banana bread was delicious :)! Thank you so much. We had a wonderful time with you wunderful People...
Travelling through BC it was a truly wonderful visit we had with Ralph and Shelley .....great hosts. We had a truly memorable visit and very comfortable stay! Cudos to the Cluculz duo!
We were on the road for over four months - Texas to Alaska. You can imagine the sights! But the best memories are the people. The Cluculz Duo were extremely welcoming and the best of hosts! We feel blessed to have met them. Their location is absolutely beautiful. Simply perfect!
