Though they only stayed one night with us, they were an interesting couple and would be welcome back here any time
Enjoyed meeting this couple and their adorable dog . Welcome back anytime !
This is a very peaceful, secluded property! Hosts were very friendly, i had a lovely visit! I will return!
We spent two nights here and the host couple was amazing. They gave us many recommendations of places to eat and see such as the Big Berry and the Bridgeton covered bridge. We drove around and saw some of the other bridges and attractions. It is a beautiful area and we hope to visit again when we have more time. They had electrical and water hookups they let us use, but the power was coming in at 140 volts, so our Power Watchdog EPO wouldn't let it work.
I would highly recommend a visit to these hosts and this area.
INPlowboy is a wonderful host. He led us to a level spot behind a large metal shed and gave us literature on local festivals and covered bridges! A quiet night and we slept like babies. Our pups are allowed to roam off leash and enjoy playing with his sweet dog. Thank you for a lovely stay!
When we got there my husband had a wonderful visit with the owner. He also gave us pamphlets on the up coming covered bridge festival. There are several around. It was quiet, relaxing and lots of country. If in the area again you bet we would ask to stay again.
INPlowboy has a gorgeous well kept farm. We arrived in a 35 ft fifth wheel. He provided perfect directions as part of the road was under construction. He had an extension cord and a water spigot available, neither of which we used. This is a great place to stay !! Throw the ball for their dog!!!
Kind, generous hosts on a beautiful peaceful farm. A perfect stopping point.
This was an excellent stay. INPlowboy is a very gracious host and greeted me as well as got me squared away with electric. The property is amazing and I had an awesome night of sleep surrounded by a sea of corn. Would definitely stay again!
This was a perfect country stop. So peaceful. The host was so helpful and kind. We would have loved to be able to visit more.
INPlowboy was very friendly and helpful, even calling while we were still on the road to let us know a road closure wouldn't affect us getting there. We enjoyed chatting with him about our travels and had a peaceful night on the farm! We would definitely stay again if ever in that area.
Lovely restful spot. Genial, helpful host. Would stay again. Google directions were long and on poor roads, but host gave us good directions on great roads!
Welcomed and assisted us with info to settle in and about the area. We just stayed overnight on our way home. Nestled from the wind behind the silo and plugged in for a cozy night’s sleep. Would stay again with this friendly host.
Not going to find nicer people. Very accommodating. We will be back for sure.
Thanks for your generosity and hospitality. Sorry our visit was cut a bit short by a family emergency. We'll be back when we are in the area again.
We absolutely loved our stay at Overstreet Farms. So much local history and the hosts were wonderful. We pretty much had our pick of spots on the farm and we enjoyed chatting with the hosts and took all their recommendations on places to see and shop. The Amish produce was delicious and we saw quite a few covered bridges. Turkey run state park was a beautiful hike as well! Thanks for a lovely stay, we can’t wait to come back.
What a wonderful couple who really make us feel welcome. We enjoyed swapping stories each day and they even convinced us to stay another night. We had only planned on going to Turkey Run and then heading out, but with the extra day we drove around the county looking at all the covered bridges. We only made it to 16 of the 30, but thoroughly enjoyed something we wouldn't have thought to do without their input. Our cats loved the open grass yard and playing with fireflies at nightfall. We would totally recommend a stay here and if we ever make it back to the area we will definitely try to stay again
We slept tucked away by an enormous corn silo. The surrounding corn fields whispered us to sleep. Our hosts were inviting and gracious. Highly recommend this boondocking spot.
