Joe and Roxanne live at Roxanne's mothers house and camp as often as we can during the summer months in their class A motorhome. Both currently work full time and Norma is semi-retired. We are all hoping to go full time RV living in the future. We all enjoy the outdoors and meeting new people.
Joe is a jack of all trades.
We currently have one Senior lab that enjoys laying around. As well as one indoor cat, that does travel in our motorhome with us.
We haven't been boondocking yet.
Croydon, NH. Small town with about 750 residents.
We have a 1994 Country Coach Class A motorhome that we have been renovating on the inside to bring it to a more modern look, and having a blast doing it. We are also towing a 2012 Orange Jeep Wrangler 2door.
We so appreciate the flexibility and kindness that these RVers exhibited by parking their rig in a alternate spot on our property last minute (to help accommodate some other BDW guests that needed to extend their stay).
Although their time with us was just a short overnight visit, we are grateful to have met them. We definitely see a visit to their area in our near future!
Aren't fellow RV friends the best?! Do not hesitate to host these folks!
Very nice couple who graciously hosted us for one night. Quiet level spot, on a country back road. Easy on and off the highway!
Magma-Life couple and family were incredible hosts and very helpful getting familiar with area for laundry, LP and my search for 6gal tank for hot water. Enjoyed visiting and sharing experiences and those yet to come. Location was beautiful and peaceful for pups and I to hike and run around off leash. Hope our paths cross again. Happy travels!
We had a peaceful quiet 2 nites stay in the woods of NH. Beautiful Foliage! Close to Lebanon & for us, close to our son & grandkids in Vermont.
We just got a quick conversation with our Hosts J & R as they were returning from their own adventure. There is no Cell Service, which is tough for us since my husband is on work-from-home status, this was not noted on site in advance & if it was not a weekend we could not stay.
It’s something we need to be more aware of here in New England!! Place is beautiful!!!
Highly Recommend
We were there two nights and went and saw some covered bridges on the day we were there. It looks like there are lots of things to see nearby. Would do again.
A easy place to get to and to set up. Roxanne, Joe and Norma could not have been more helpful. Hope to see you on the road. The brownies were delicious. Thank you so much for having us.
Had such a great stay with Magna-Life! Perfect hosts who were so helpful and have a beautiful property. The location was great for our visit to Rocky Bound Pond. Definitely recommend this spot and these hosts. Hope to see them on the road some day!
Theses hosts were great and super accommodating! We loved our time with them and wish them luck as they get on the road!
Nice level spot in host's side yard. We, unfortunately, miss judged the distance to our next spot and ended up cutting your stay short by a day. Our host was very accommodating and understanding of our early departure.
Roxanne's retreat is a very pleasant spot, with easy road access and parking, not far from amenities and beautiful regional sights and seasonal activities, and very gracious hosts. Love it!
We had an amazing boondock for 2 nights. The place was beautiful! Our hosts were such nice people. We really enjoyed visiting with them. Highly recommend this stop. We will go back for sure. Also hope to meet them on the road. *****
We did stop here but decided not to stay due to rain and that made our plans to change. We were headed to Acadia NP from there and it took more than one day so goo that we didn't limit ourselves time wise.
Would be glad to stop again if in the area again.
Really enjoyed our stay at Roxanne’s retreat. Great communication and site to park. Appreciate the friendliness, hospitality and generosity sharing wonderful produce from their garden. Hope to see y’all on the road one day 😊
Enjoyed our stay! Quiet. Easy parking. Really enjoyed visiting with our Hosts!! Thank you!!
Out on a very quiet backroad lies this boondocking spot. I loved the tranquility and peacefulness of the area. The hosts are VERY welcoming and kind. They offered to let me use their pool, their phone (I had no cell service), and an outlet to plug into to charge my laptop. Very pleasing company. So much so, that I have been offered to stay again on my way back - which I most definitely will be doing.
A great place to stay especially if you like peace and quiet and enjoy meeting new people.
Thank you for all of your help during my stay.
