We are a retired couple who live in a village setting 3 minutes from Fredericton. We have traveled by RV all over North America and hope to do more travelling. Dan loves sports, especially hockey, and Geraldine loves reading and volunteering at the Hospice House Boutique. We both enjoy gardening, playing cards, fishing and watching action movies. We have five children and eight grandchildren between us.
We have traveled by RV extensively and can give you suggestions for future adventures. Dan can do minor electronics repairs and Geraldine is a seamstress. We have tools to do minor repairs.
We have a small poodle cross puppy named Domino who goes everywhere with us and is already a seasoned camper.
With any Boondockers Welcome Host.

Glad we could help them out on their way back home during this time. Great Guests. Looking forward to their next visit to Pfisterville.
It was a pleasure to see Sugarhill again. We couldn’t chat as we were practicing social distancing, but they are welcome back any time.
What a delight it was to host this great couple that hail from New Brunswick, Canada. This was our second time hosting them this year, and we were lucky enough to visit them in Canada over the summer.
This encounter of going from strangers to friends to feeling like family is a classic example of a great Boondockers Welcome experience.
It was great fun introducing them to a classic Georgia 'Land Lobster' feast (BBQ pork and Brunswick Stew).
Sugarhill is certainly most welcome back here anytime. They are the kindest most thoughtful and delightful couple that you could hope to meet.
We enjoyed having you please come again.
Sugarhill left the site clean and was very considerate. You are Welcome any time.
Five Star rating for these fine folks! We had the opportunity to stay with Sugarhill earlier this year while traveling in New Brunswick. We quickly bonded, arriving as guests and leaving as friends. Well, we begged them to come to Georgia for a visit, and they did! They arrived as friends and left as family. It was so good to see them again. Great fellowship, good food, and they play a mean game of cards. And, we got to enjoy the last World Series game together.
They are extremely courteous, thoughtful and very respectful. Sugarhill has set the gold standard for a Boondockers Welcome guest. Without hesitation they are welcome back here anytime, with open arms.
They tell me that they might be back in January for another visit. Fingers crossed this will happen.
Enjoyable couple ... as they kindly said, they came as strangers, and left as friends. Highly recommend, and welcome anytime.
Haven’t met Sugarhill. We were away while they use our site.
Site was intact, would not hesitate to host them again.
Hopefully on their way back !
It was great to meet this couple. They are also “local” Boondocker hosts, about 2 hours drive from us.
We had a nice visit with them.
They are welcome to come back any time.
We hope to visit them at their place.
Great guests who joined our dinner guests and had a great evening around the campfire
We did'nt have to much time to talk ( specialy with the mosquitos... ) but enough to see that they are goods persons. I think that we share the same family values.
I hope seing you on your way back home.
Have a safe and nice trip
We had a wonderful stay at Sugarhill and some warm weather was nice. Very quiet space in the country surrounded by maple trees.
Easy access for our rig and 15A service was great! The hosts are responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Highly recommended BW stay.
We had a great time with our hosts. Played 5 crowns card game. Had a wonderful meal with them and a great time in Fredericton NB. Very quiet and peaceful. Thank you and we hope to see you somewhere in the states.
We were very fortunate to Boondock at this beautiful little spot north of Fredericton. Our hosts had a wealth of knowledge we were able to tap into to help us going into the states and traveling through the states. They were incredibly helpful and thanks to all their advice are crossing the borders been very smooth and we're very much looking forward to the future it information they gave us for the rest of our journey through these United States. Thanks again for allowing my family to share your home and property we very much appreciate it.
If we have the Chance...we wouldt love to come again..!!!Eckhard and Uli
I only had the time to stay for 1 night, but the Sugarhill couple made it an
outstanding evening/night to remember.
Their Guest parking space is a drive thru circular driveway w a slight side - side slope.
They even supplied the boards that I needed to get level.
The outside of their home & yard is gorgeous & the Host's are very hospitable.
I definitely recommend a longer visit if you get a chance.
Thank you for inviting me for my one night stop!
We had s great stay at Sugarhill. They are great hosts. So accommodating and welcoming, inviting our kids for an evening swim on a hot evening.
It was a nice spot. We never had time to get to yalk. It was really nice that they gave us a place to stay even thou they were very busy with other committments.
Get ready to be warmly greeted by your host when you arrive. Everything is exactly as described. The site is easy to back into with room to maneuver. And the amenities offered were very much appreciated.
Located in the countryside your site will be close to a seldom used road. Traffic is very light, maybe two to three cars an hour. Maybe. And, the city is close by for all of your shopping needs. It is the perfect place to stop over, relax, rest and get rejuvenated for your next leg of the trip.
Highly recommend that you stay here if you are in the area. Now I have to work on getting our host to visit us this winter in Georgia.
