We are a fun loving and adventurous couple in our early 60's. We're getting back into RV life after 20 years of focus on careers and raising two great kids. We long to move to full time RV life for several years before we're 70, and then "Settle" down someplace fun where we can also host boondockers and family more easily.
Photography, Printing, Cooking, manual labor, Couples Coaching
We sometimes travel with Lily, our daughter's loving and playful chocolate Labrador Retriever. Lily is 3 in June 2019
We had a class B van in the late 80's and loved to stay at the Montauk Lighthouse on the tip of Long Island NY. We were married there in 1990. Not sure if it's still available for boon docking. (had to have a NYS surf fishing permit and gear)
We're based in Bridgewater, NJ, a distant suburb of NYC half way to PA.
We tow a 2017 Lance Model 1985 4 season travel trailer with dinette slide out. We have 45 gal fresh water, grey water and black water tanks. Currently equipped with a 3 solar panels and 210ah of lithium batteries. We carry 3x 20# of propane plus propane powered generator in our truck bed, so we can stay off grid for a week or longer. Trailer is 23 ft long, 8ft wide and 10 1/2 ft tall Tow vehicle is a 2019 Ford F150 Pickup 4x4 crew cab.
Let's see... five words or less...
Communictive, interesting, interested, friendly, and fun... pretty much sums it up!
They are welcomed back any time, and you should welcome them too!
(Guess that was more than five words, but you get the gist!)
They are welcome back anytime. Great conversation on the porch, along with wine and beer. Safe Travels!
The Sparklers are great people who we built a friendship with right away. There dog Lilly was a pleasure to have on our property and is well trained. Looks like they will be visiting us again in September at our annual PowWow. Can’t wait to see you guys again in September!
Mike and Linda
Lovely couple, quiet and respectful of our place and their fellow campers. Let us know their timeline and when they would arrive. Would definitely host again.
