Retired chef/baker still likes to play with cars.
I teach baking classes at my home. I'm a retired professional chef and baker and love to meet other cooks and bakers.
Looking forward to the first one!

We’ll be happy to see them again on other trips to the mountains! Happy travels!
We thoroughly enjoyed hosting Hotbaker! He has many fun campfire stories and tells them well:) He also introduced us to a new hobby, baking sourdough bread. He is a very gifted teacher! He is welcome here anytime!
We spent two nights at Mike's where we were warmly welcomed. Mike is a bon vivant, we chatted well. I thank him for everything, the children really enjoyed their afternoon and so did we. Quiet areas very popular in the shade of palm trees. Thank you. Elisa et Sylvain
Hotbaker was very welcoming and helpful leveling my class c. Loved hearing about his baking life and he even share a loaf of his REAL sourdough bread...simple perfection. Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short, but had a nice long bike ride in the very cool RV neighborhood. Thank you Hotbaker!
Hotbaker was very welcoming and we really enjoyed meeting Hotbaker and hearing his about his lovely neighborhood.
My host was very cordial. He invited me to join his super bowl party. Fun time at a nice spot!
We really enjoyed our stay at Mike’s Place! He’s an easy going guy with a fantastic smile.
Loved the neighborhood-nice folks walking by the rig during the day, super quiet at night.
Mike is very friendly and helpfull and had nice talkings. Had a great stay, saw the Light Parade and a lot of Christmas lights on hiss neighbourhood. We get a very nice self baked bread, we loved it. Have fun in The Netherlands Mike and try our bread there (dark brown!)

Loved visiting with hotbaker, he welcomed us into his world and even let us stay an extra night. I hope we get a chance to meet back up and spend some time again - it was a lot of fun!
Thanks for the hospitality. This was a perfect stop on our way out of Yuma. "Hotbaker" was so kind and gracious, we felt truly comfortable and welcomed!
Great place to stay! Quiet and beautiful area. The street where I parked is very wide so I didn’t feel I was in the way. The host had everything I needed and offered many accommodations over and above! Invited me for some homemade sourdough bread and salad, which I was sad to decline. Also invited me to a fun outdoor Full Moon neighborhood event which was REALLY fun! I fell in love with Yuma...I plan to stay here again!
Super yummy! We were treated to a wonderful continental breakfast with warm fresh-baked pastries and lively conversation. A very quiet safe location with easy freeway access.
