In our younger years we were tent campers. We enjoyed state parks either in the mountains by a lake or at the beach. We started RVing in 2012 so we could travel with our dogs and enjoy the same park experience, but with all the comforts of home. We're not fond of the heat of the summer so we do most of our RVng in the spring and fall. We purchased our Lance camper because of it's four season capability which has allowed us to extend our season. So far our trips have been limited to the east coast, but we hope to plan some longer trips out west in the future.
We're capable of most home/RV repairs including plumbing, electrical and mechanical provided we have access to tools and supplies.
We travel with Alvin. Alvin is a 50lb terrier mix we rescued from a local kill shelter. He's very friendly, but can be a bit much at first with other dogs. In general he's just a mush that likes to be near his humans and snuggle.
