We are both retired but we are busy with activities, travel and following our granddaughters activities when we are home. We live in a rural area about 3 miles from town. We both grew up small towns in the Midwest.
We like to visit National and State Parks when we travel. We also like to ride our motorcycle and sometimes take it with us when we travel in our motorhome. We like the mountains and enjoy motorcycling in them.
Tim likes to golf, trapshoot, hike, read and ride his horse when time permits. Vicky likes to read, cook and sews. We both enjoy our children/grandchildren and take in as many of their activities as we can.
Tim does most of the handyman chores around the home place. Living on an acreage with animals always has plenty of projects. Vicky is a gardener and a excellent cook.
We have 2 dogs and one horse. They all stay home when we travel.
We live near Longmont, Colorado. It's a town of about 90,000 people in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, about 25 miles from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
2002 Monaco Windsor 40 foot Class A Motorhome, fully self contained. We sometimes tow a dolly with our 2005 Avalon car or a trailer with our motorcycle.
briefly met T on arrival, very friendly and left us to our setup. Took advantage of their proximity to Longmont & Lafayette and caught up with friends and browsed some shops.
We loved our stay here! Very easy to access location, easy to maneuver into spot with even a large 40' bus like ours. The hosts were very nice to us and made us feel welcome. They showed us where to park and we're more than helpful when we arrived. There is a dump and water fill at the boulder county fairgrounds if needed before or after your stay.
Thanks for having us. Thank you for the corn and all the suggestions as places to go. We got into Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park and got to see the sunset. Wow! Give Ace and the labs loving from us. We hope our paths meet again.
We are so grateful that timandvicky chose to host with Boondockers Welcome. They have a beautiful place. They were very welcoming and gracious. We got to meet their awesome dogs and horse. That's the coolest horse we have ever met. My daughter really enjoyed the animals, checking out the garden, and taking pictures of the sunset. We want to own land some day so it's nice to experience what it's like to be out of the city and suburbs. Thank you so much for your kindness.
I really enjoyed my night here. Nice and quiet. Peaceful area. Kind hosts. Nice flat parking spot.
Very nice hosts, beautiful area. Appreciated the accommodations
Host's property is pristine. We could see that they had invested a lot of time making it a beautiful place.
Tim and Vicky kept in touch with us from the beginning and made sure they were home to welcome us and help us get parked. Very gracious hosts, allowed us to sit on their porch swing and enjoy the views. Hope to stay again when all this pandemic has past to allow us to spend some quality time getting to know them better.
Thanks Tim and Vicky

Our hosts were wonderful. Their place is very quiet. Conveniently located to shopping and laundry. Thank you!
We enjoyed our short stay on this super cute little ranch. The area and views are beautiful. Wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the outdoors and spend more time with the hosts. We will be back in the area and hope to come back soon!
Thanks for providing such a great space for us travelers:)
Hosts are super friendly and great communicators before and during our stay. It was a bit chilly so we kept our chats brief but we enjoyed our stay and had a great spot "in the pines" for a few days. We were only a few minutes from downtown and anything you could possibly need. Highly recommended stop!
What a beautiful location! Stayed a few days here and enjoyed their beautiful property and long walks with the dog. Very welcoming couple. Would 100% recommend staying here!
Thank you to timandvicky for their warm hospitality. This was our first BW stay and it was more than we’d hoped for. After several long days on the road we stopped here for a night on our way to Cheyenne. The Ranch is so peaceful and beautiful. We slept so well! In the morning we took our coffee and sat out back on the porch swing and enjoyed the serenity of the scenery, looking straight out at those beautiful Rockies.

Our stay at timandvicky was very quiet and we had a very nice evening chat with them before we took a drive up to Estes Park!
These Hosts made my visit feel like catching up with old friends- they went out of their way to share their lives and experience as fellow RVers
The location was easy to find and get to in my class B - others should have no problem as Hosts have their own class A motor home. Parking spot was level and needed no adjustment
Location is quiet and peaceful- highly recommended!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim and Vicky’s. They were very sweet and hospitable and gave us great travel advice! Their little ranch is beautiful, and they are in an area that is super convenient to Estes park and RMNP. We hope to cross paths with them again!!
We had a very nice stay. Beautiful views! Close enough for day trips to Boulder or Estes Park. Downtown Longmont was nice to explore as well.
Tim & Vicky are energetic, interesting & so nice to provide a beautiful spot to overnight.....with an incredible view of the Rockies!
Thank you very much for the hospitality & friendly atmosphere!
We enjoyed meeting fellow RV'ers and boondocking in their level driveway. Really enjoyed the beautiful mountain views as we visited last evening.
Thanks so much Tim & Vicki for your warm hospitality.
Thank you Tim and Vicky! We stayed two nights in Longmont on their fabulous property. The mountain view is wonderful and it is so peaceful and tranquil in this rural area. Pete enjoyed visiting with their horse and dogs while Vicky and I exchanged cooking tips and Instant Pot secrets. The parking is flat gravel and access is easy. We are in a 40’ motorhome towing a 14’ trailer. As a side note, if you need to get your Aquahot serviced, John Carrillo at HeatMyRV.com is 10 miles away.
