I am retired and my wife works part-time. We were both born and raised in the Midwest, and now we want to see the sights across the country. We also want to spend the winter months where it's warm!
I am an all-around handyman (my wife says I can fix anything) and my wife is a great cook.

We enjoyed hosting TaHDaH and enjoyed some good conversation with them. My only regret is that they couldn't stay longer, but hopefully they will return.
This couple was a pleasure to host for. From the moment they booked their stay with us, we kept in constant contact about their plans. They were very understanding about our crazy hectic schedule, being completely self-sufficient! When we finally had a few minutes to visit, we discovered similar interests and hobbies! I would definitely host this couple again! They are welcome back any time!!
Really enjoyed TaHDah’s visit! Had some great conversations- they’re both interesting to talk to. We were worry to see them go - would have loved for them to stay longer! They’re definitely welcome back anytime they’re in the area!
TaHDaH was very respectful of the house rules. They were very observant of the quiet hours, and communication during the stay arrangements as well as during the stay made everything flow well. We had some time to relax on the porch and talk, and hope we have the chance again. We would definitely have these guests for a return stay and refer them to other hosts.
What a lovely couple to spend some time relaxing and chatting with! As always, there is never enough time in the day to be able to spend the time it takes getting to know people. I hope to be able to host them again in the future, and I'll be sure to have some Bloody Marys pre-mixed!
