We recently moved to Lexington SC in April 2020 and have a load of projects planned for our home, property and Boondockers sites. My wife and I are quiet and low key. We enjoy working and being out in our yard, seeing and learning new things. We have traveled a bit for my job but very little in campers. I enjoy riding motorcycles and driving most anything and everything on and off road. I've been a motorcyclist for over 30 years. I enjoy teaching others about how to operate vehicles and to tow safely. I've been towing for ~25 years and love to help other learn it too. I'm well l versed and understand the ratings and numbers that are confusing about it. We sold our 3rd camper a 35' toy hauler in March 2021, so we're camper less for the time being.
I'm a very electrically and mechanically inclined person can fix most things as this is what I do for a living. I like to fix things, tinker and learn new things.
We have 2 dogs. The first is a rescue, she isn't fond of other dogs at first but she loves being pet and getting attention (on her terms). The second is a Border Collie. He loved to fetch and will do it all day to the point of become a nuisance.
Don't have one yet.
We're a bit new to Lexington, SC. We've only been here since April 2020 but haven't gone out much due to COVID. There is a lot to do nearby shopping, restaurants, bicycle/walking paths, boating, paddling and hiking.
What a great property! Tucked away, surrounded by woods. We saw deer roaming in the field, hawks flying overhead and heard the owels at night. But you drive up the road and pop out right in the middle of town with all the shopping within minutes.
We had a wonderful time and the host was great.
We will definitely come stay again when we are back in the area.
This gentleman was very friendly and flexible!
Thanks again!!:)

When we arrived our host met us at the driveway and gave us directions regarding parking, and connections to electricity and water.
Mrpc has been friendly, considerate, and flexible. We couldn't ask for more!
(His younger dog sits right outside our door eager to play.)
Thank you for your kind hospitality!
The host was very helpful getting us set up and the location was quiet and secluded but convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
During our one day layover we enjoyed visiting the Botanical Gardens, the South Carolina State Museum, and a great meal at a local restaurant.
The hosts canine entourage was a lot of fun and they are ready to play if you are. While we were at camp we enjoyed several conversations with our host.
While leaving town we visited the Congaree National Park, a must see.
Had a good stay, was super close to all the amenities in the area, the owner was super cool. They're dogs are so kind and love to play fetch, gonna miss those good boys!
Very helpful host. Nice quiet property in country setting, but close to everything!
Met the host and his very friendly dogs as I was setting up the rv. He was very knowledgeable in the surrounding areas and provided water and electricity to make my accommodations more pleasant.
The weather was prefect for my outside plans. Would love to visit again. Very charming area.
We arrived for an over night stay.
The host welcomed us and was helpfull setting up and with an advise about Congaree NP, near by.
Recommended.
99mrpc is a great host. He offered to help us with a repair that we we working on which was great. It was very quiet and overall a great place to rest up.
Good location to explore the area. Host was very nice. Wish we had more time to spend visiting but during the work week it was not possible. Thanks again for a great stay.
Our host was helpful and the camp area was level and clean. Would love to stay there again when we are in the area.
We were unable to visit much due to covid but our host greeted us on arrival and made sure we were set up and comfortable. The location was quiet and relaxing.
Very quiet and off the grid even though everything you needed was just up the street. Great hosts and we had no trouble getting in and out even though it rained the night before we left. We would stay again if we were back in the area.
This was a quiet, safe and friendly home centrally located for our needs. We loved playing catch with their dog’s. Our host greeted us and made us feel welcomed, offering electric, water and garbage disposal if needed. We loved sitting outside taking in the fresh air and surroundings. Would return if ever in this area again. Thanks for your hospitality.
I really enjoyed the deer walking in back of the property. It was very quiet and beautiful!
What a great little hide-a-way this place is. As we got close to 99mrpc there are developments all around and we we’re thinking, boy this is not going to be quiet & secluded place at all. But as the pavement ended, we found ourselves in a nice little secluded pocket of solitude. 99mrpc was there to welcome us and show us where to set up our rig. We then proceeded to have a nice long visit with our host, which is always nice. We offered to help out while we were there and for a nice change our host took us up on our offer. It made us feel good to be able to help our host out as they did by providing this nice spot for us. We saw birds galore, including hearing a barred owl each night. Deer were also sighted regularly in the surrounding woods. Lots to do close by. We had a great hike & paddle in the Congaree National Park and planned on canoeing a different river the next day but got rained out. 99mrpc has grand plans for improving this site so if when we come stay again I’m sure it will be an even nicer place to hole up for a a few days. Thanks 99mrpc and take care.
We enjoyed this spot, we came back on our travels south!
I highly recommend this spot and host.
Very glad to get to make a second stop here as we travel back southbound.
I highly recommend this location and host.
Very friendly host and nice site.
Host greeted us and we had great conversation. Property is beautiful.
Great location for the town of Cadillac, low noise, and as advertised, a great place to stock up. We enjoyed the convenience of Walmart, Aldi, Starbucks, and Dollar Tree, all walking distance. There is more as well.
Our host was helpful and friendly and so was his dogs. Nice and clean location. Would love to stay there again when passing through the area. Thank you.
