Great oasis of peace

Easy to find and my space was marked with a cone so I knew where to park. After a long drive, we pulled in, ate and got a great night’s rest. Met the hosts in the morning- very nice people!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great two nights at Barksalot. We bonded over craft beer and RVing. We only wish we had time to stay longer. They have a great fenced in area for you to park and let your doggies run. It’s very quiet and a great home base for the area. They offered us fresh plums from their tree (which are yummy!) and some fresh garlic from their garden, plus yummy homemade cookies. ☺️ 10/10 would stay again! Thank you so much Barksalot!

R & R

We needed to regroup, refresh, and relax for a few days and Barksalot fit the bill. The hosts we so friendly and welcoming we felt like we belonged there. (Thank you for the beautiful flowers!). The site they offered us was under a beautiful cedar tree. There was very little noise and we slept so peacefully. We drive a 34’ Class A Motor Coach and had no problem backing up through the gate and into the spot...once we unhooked our tow vehicle. Ample room to open our slides, set out our chairs, and barbecue. Our well-behaved pups were free to roam around the fenced yard. We are already talking about when we want to return. Thank you so much Barksalot we truly feel blessed having met you!

Warm and welcoming family!

Thanks, Paul and Erin for the welcoming stay... and fresh baked bagels!

A good place to camp.

I slept good on this gated property and appreciate that opportunity. Keep the entry/exit gate closed. There was a friendly family on the lot temporarily camping too. My rig is only 20', so setting up was easy. I optionally chose to level.

Wonderful hosts on a beautiful property

Erin and Paul were very welcoming and friendly hosts. Had to back our 5th wheel into the property through the front gate, wasn't hard and was able to back it in on the first try. Great spot for exploring the islands and Port Townsend. They invited us over for dinner one night and even shared a delicious salmon he caught earlier that day. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying with them!

Very Friendly Open Hearted

Kind and very open hearted host. We are honored that host can share his precious savings with us.

Instant Friends

Hosts were very accommodating. We had a rig issue which their flexibility made a stressful situation actually pleasant. Their property is like a small National Park. More than a couple of meals were cooked using their abundant herb garden.

We got our 35’ fifth backed into the yard but it took all my driving skill and a couple sets of eyes to do it. Not recommended for the weak hearted.

This is a host we will remember for a long time and hope to see again.

Peaceful lot, Pleasant hosts

The hosts were very welcoming. He met me at the gate and since I was traveling alone this time, he even helped me get turned around and parked by spotting for me. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be requesting another stay here.
