We have been retired since 2000 and were travelling through the south west US and Mexico for the first four years of retirement during the winter. We then settled in Brownsville, Texas in an RV resort where we spend our winters. However, in 2012 we moved our winter residence to a condo in Florida. In the summer we are located in Prince Edward County in an adult community. Unfortunately we do not have any boondocking facilities at our home, as it is residential. In the summer we enjoy taking short trips with our camper and canoe to explore around Ontario.
I do a lot of my own maintenance as well as remodeling of our RV and my wife is an excellent cook and knows how to make one tank of fresh water last for up to a week. We have a lot of RV stories and experiences to share.
No. Just each other.
Where ever there is a lake for canoeing, or a good bike trail in a nice country setting.
Wellington, Ontario, Canada
At present we have a 11.5 ft truck camper with no slide-outs and usually tow our canoe an a trailer specially built for canoes.
