After 16 years of owning a small business and no vacations, I and my wife - who is retiring from head of catering at the world famous Tony Packos in Toledo, have turned to a minimalist lifestyle to travel the country, see all there is to see, and meet like minded people. We're non-smokers and very light drinkers.
Master craftsman in floral design, and pretty handy with tools. Grew specialty cut flowers before retiring.
So far, after a year and a half of travel, our favorite spots for boondocking are Spencer Bay on Moosehead Lake in Maine, and The Steps in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

We loved having these precious guests stay at our place! Highly recommended!
Enjoyed their stay here, they were very tolerant of our barky puppy Peaches. They seemed to get out and enjoy the area each day. Welcome anytime they're in the area.
We weren't able to meet them as we were away but from our security cameras and corrispondence could see everything went well. They are welcome back anytime. Hopefully we'll meet up sometime.

These guests were respectful and appreciative and have a vast knowledge of budget friendly travel. They shared impressive stories of their travel and experiences. Don’t miss the chance to host this couple and learn from them!!
Respected the property! Would definetly invite back again!
Due to a family emergency we were not available therefore unable to chat
Very nice people hopefully I will see them again.
Nice couple hope to see them again.
Boondockers Welcome never ceases to amaze us. This couple, who just started RV living full time was such a joy to host. They shared their adventures with us around a fire with chili dogs and drinks. They even left us a departing gift which was just perfect. We highly recommend hosting them and hope they stop back by in the future.
What a great couple! We had a great evening of conversation, and even had help tagging one of my newborn calves! These folks, like all of our guests so far, are welcome back anytime.
