27 foot travel trailer (30.5 feet hitch to bumper) and long box crew cab tow vehicle. One large slide on trailer. Very good at backing in if required. Back in to parking spot at home down a long driveway.
We were happy to host this couple while they toured our area. They’re welcome back again next time they’re local.
I would recommend these folks. They were friendly and wish I had more time to get to know them better. Also thanks for the gift! It was very thoughtful and generous.
Nice quiet spot even though it's by the highway. Hosts suggested we walk about a mile down the road to the river so we did and watched the Humpback salmon returning. Fascinating time. Also got corn beans and a tomato from their garden.
They provided great help, although in the end, we did not stay with them
We were exhausted, trip took longer than expected and it became dusk....not safe to travel
The smoke updates really helped
Thanks so much
This was our first experience with Boondockers Welcome and what a great place to begin. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and we were even able to enjoy a nice evening bike ride with our hosts. What a great start. We would stay here again.
Very friendly and helpful people.
Nice quiet place to park in Barriere
Beautiful place to visit, with incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts. It was a pleasure to meet "Woodworker". They were so kind, and were kind enough to check on me to make sure everything was alright as I was working late from my van. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Rodger and Cathy are both a very friendly and helpful couple and they have immense knowledge of the area as they have been RVing for 30+ years. Rodger has an incredible wood working shop, it is like a small factory as there is so much equipment for him to make numerous items out of all kinds of wood, it is a great hobby and he is very capable 'woodworker'. We were greeted with iced tea and some excellent suggestions on where to visit that afternoon. While showing me their huge garden area, Rodger gave us some lettuce for a nice salad freshly picked from the garden. We would like to recommend that you try boondocking at their place if your in the Barriere area, you will not be disappointed.
