"We lead lives inferior to ourselves," William James

There is not much to tell. I am an average guy of average means doing the best I can to enjoy an extraordinary life.

I am a husband and father of four boys.
I play hockey.
I enjoy hiking in the mountains with my wife and kids.
I've done the hike up to Half Dome from Yosemite Valley twice, I've hiked part of the Pacific Crest Trail in the San Bernardino Mountains, parts of the Appalachian Trail at Amicalola Falls, the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina and Georgia, and parts of the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee. As well as a variety of smaller state parks. Through out the U.S.

Before I was married I would Boondock in my 1990 Dodge Caravan mostly Illinois, Georgia and Florida. My oldest son and I did a trip together to Maine when he was 3. When my wife and I marred we did one similar trip to the beaches around Panama City, FL in her Ford Explorer.

My wife and I purchased a 1972 Ford E300 Shasta RV. I am preparing it's maiden voyage under our ownership to the state of Washington from our home in Los Angeles, CA.
