Great Location

The location was very level, shaded, and very quite. We did not have any issues getting our 35' Class A into the site. Clinecustoms allowed us to set up on a day he was not there, which he communicated with us via text. The next night he lit a campfire and we talked about RVing and other relevant topics. We found the host to be very accommodating and neighborly.

Back to basics

We very much enjoyed our stay with this amazing host at his location. It shows that you can enjoy more life on less of what most feel are necessities. Thanks again. Millerpond I & E

Homesteading in its truest sense

If you are looking to park in suburbia, at a golf course, or in pristine pastoral countryside, look elsewhere.
But, if you want to meet an intelligent, self-motivated and hard working young man, friendly and conversant, who is building his dream out of the rough Florida hammock (bush, forest), you will appreciate his hospitality and his in-the-rough homestead. No amenities or utilities, more boondocking then typical drycamping, with only a few neighbors in this rural residential area. If you are traveling thru this part of central Florida, give Matt a shout.

Thinking of my kids

Requested a night. Responded to my request the next morning. Conversation was good. I have 3 kids and he felt like his place wasn't safe for kids. He let me know. I appreciate him looking after the safety of my kids. Maybe next time.
