Joined us for two nights. Was absolutely not an inconvenience at all as he was very self sufficient and self contained. Very easy going and courteous. He is doing the dream . . . we would not hesitate to welcome to come back!
They were with us for a very short stay, and would be welcome back any time. Our pup was smitten and would have jumped in with them given the slightest encouragement.
L&E arrived quietly and set up without much effort. Their van could fit anywhere on our property. They were quiet and remained to themselves during their day of arrival.
My wife and I invited them to dinner that night and we enjoyed a very nice night with them. The conversation was never dull as we heard about their travels and plans for the year.
After dinner we shared some drinks and a cigar and the conversation continued.
Sunday morning they were adventurous enough to try some local cuisine and we had boudin with king cake and local cane syrup for breakfast.
They were the youngest couple we have hosted so far, it was a great change. They left as quietly as they arrived.
We wish them safe travels and hope they make it back around soon!
What a lovely and resourceful couple. Both have great talents they put to good use on the road-- pilot and co-pilot! The overnight stay was quiet and peaceful followed by a relaxing breakfast chat. We had a chance to share ideas about places to visit and apps to help us find our way. May this sweet couple experience many miles of happy travels and create many fond memories that will last a lifetime!
It was our pleasure to host these hardworking young full timers to our home.
They would be welcome back anytime. They have lots to look forward to.
We truly enjoyed this couple and would welcome them back at any time. They were quiet and courteous. This talented couple put on a little concert for us the evening before we left.
Keep singing and strumming. Happy journey.
