We live on 40 acres of rural Wisconsin. Although not to far from hwy 29 you get the “off the beaten path” feeling heading down the driveway. After a visit you will experience the beauty of our location and understand why we live here! Sun sets, the pond, evening sounds of the wildlife are part of your stay. We are a semi retired couple in our 60’s. We been business owners most of our lives. We like RVing, old cars antiques, kayaking and canoeing. Kids are grown.
I have a nice large shop at the house and I been a fix it guy my whole life.
We have a 9 lb. dog named Feebe. She is part Chautauqua and part Dachshund. Our motorhome never rolls with out her. She rides shotgun right next to the driver.
Cadott, Wisconsin home to Country Fest. One of Wisconsin’s largest outdoor country music festivals. Located alt the intersection of Hwy 29 and Hwy 27. The Yellow river flows through town and we claim to be located half way between the equator and the North Pole. 45th parallel.
It was awesome and such a pleasure to be in their company. Great trails, great company, great night fire and popcorn. JohnMar are both very welcoming ! Thanx and hope too see u again !
Mar and Jo went out of their way to entertain us. Had fun for 2 days, ATVing, just chilling around the fire and enjoying their outstanding hospitality. Thankyou
Spend some time at the hummingbird feeder and watching the other bird feeder, but have your camera ready. Look for Sasquatch. Get the story on Mirage Garage. Beautiful country views. Very accommodating hosts. Unfortunately we had little time to visit this time around due to an appointment in Eau Claire with our grandson, but what we had was great.
When we drove up and saw the Mirage Garage we figured this was going to be a pretty neat place. It was. It was fun looking around at the garden, their toys, and the property. It was a cloudy evening so we couldn’t see the sunset, but we had a great visit. It was quiet, comfortable and just a great place to stay! We plan on returning with our bikes to ride on the very quiet roads there. Highly recommended!
We had an excellent stay at Camp Cadott with JohMar. They are wonderful, generous hosts that we now refer to as friends. Their site is easy to find with ample space for any size rig. Parking is on a cement slab. We enjoyed touring the local area and visiting the many suggestions of places they recommended. We hope to return again in the future when we're in the area.
