I love to travel, the best parts are the surprises that “make your day”. A great view, a side trip to a festival, a new acquaintance, a great sunrise/sunset that makes you say WOW! It’s so much fun.
I am working on my PHD in "wandering around" when not traveling I enjoy working and playing outside, hosting boondockers and Airbnb guests
My favorite job: teaching watersports: swimming, snorkeling, kayaking. .
No pets at this time but we have had cats, dogs, horses, and chickens as pets.
My favorite is a secret, and the others are BLM and National Forests.
I was born in Newark, NY. . The Finger lakes is my permanent residence.
I have a 1987 Toyota camper that is totally self contained and all parts are in working order (SO is a mechanic) When not hosting in NY finger lakes we enjoy camping with our Toyota Sunraider "Sunny" There are no tow vehicles, we sometimes carry kayacks and usually have 2 bicycles on the back for transportation.
I always enjoy talking to people on their RV journey from other parts of the country and she was no exception! It was a short stay but she’s definitely welcome back anytime! Safe travels!
We enjoyed having L stop for the night. We were able to chat briefly at a distance. She is welcome back anytime.
We had a nice chat for a few minutes when she arrived. Nice conversation.
We had a great visit with Kt.inthebreeze. She was our first Boondocker after finishing signing up a few days ago. What a great way to share stories with other like-minded people. She is most certainly welcome back any time.
Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Jerry met us and had everything we could possibly need for a great stay. It was so nice to have reliable electric in this heat
I had a great time. Fantastic location & the host was so friendly and enjoyable to be around. Great access to the canal path.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything went smoothly. Nice quiet place to stay. Hosts are wonderful. Enjoyed the greenery and location. Took the family on a short walk on the local trail. Minimal leveling and had access to water and 30 amp electricity. Address in Google maps got us close and the the host got us the rest of the way. Thank you for the wonderful experience in a beautiful area.
LT was so kind to help us find our spot when we came in, then spent time and her effort giving us great tips about where to go and what to see. She is gracious and caring and fun to talk to and be with, and gave us her time and attention. She made us a lovely campfire, too. Full of smiles and good will, we loved our time in these rolling hills. We hope to return someday. You'll enjoy being here, because LT clearly enjoys her time with boondockers.
We had a wonderful time relaxing and watching the sunset. Perfect country views with loads of space to explore. We would totally stay again.
We arrived on a very cold and rainy night with extremely high winds so we didn't get to visit much. However they did their best to welcome us and were so helpful. Made us feel at ease right away. Glad we stopped. Hope to go back some day when we can talk more.
Host was most accommodating and pleasant Wonderful to meet you and your friends Enjoyed sitting on your porch, the deer and the evening ride. So glad I chose to stop Thanks for hosting
Enjoyed our stay. Worked for us. Sorry we got there later to visit. Hope to catch up on another stay in the future. Thanks again for offering us to stay longer.
This was our 1st boondockers welcome stay. It was wonderful. The host made us feel right at home and offered us electricity and water. Awesome view of the deer in the field. We would definitely stay there again! Beautiful trail to the Erie Canal just a short distance away. Lake Ontario was only 30 mins away. Great location! Finger Lakes is easily accessible as well with a beautiful drive through the farmlands.
Lots of common experiences to talk about. We felt right at home here.
An enjoyable stay at Kt.inthebreeze. Our host was very accommodating of our needs, and the site very easily met the needs of our teardrop camper. She also shared her plans on developing her many acres, for both wildflowers fields to an expanded boondocks sites that will take full advantage of the evening sunset. Definitely worth a stop if in the area.
We stayed one night with Kt, who replied within an hour. Got electricity and water and a quiet night in the country.
But more - we got to know Kt's and her friends, over a music & food fair in Newark, near by. Very nice and welcoming lady.
I enjoyed my stay and chat with Linda at her rural home. Safe off leash fun for my dog and quiet night's rest. Fun meeting another person with similar likes and travel experiences. I recommend you try to stop by and stay with kt.inthebreeze.
Overall our stay was great, within short driving distance to historical sites around Palmyra and wonderful host. Watched a deer out in the field while walking the dog the first morning.
The entrance was narrow and we backed in from the uphill side which made for low ground clearance for the trailer bumper. Plenty of room for our truck and 34’ TT though.
FYI-We also noticed that the bridge on Galloway road is limited to 5 tons, so don’t recommend going in from the west.
