Retired educators, former backpackers now RVers in a RSR

Active Guest

Do you know or have you hosted this user?

We are a couple of retired K-12 school teachers & we worked a school librarians in our last gigs prior to retirement. We are oudoorsy folks who enjoy camping, bicycling, fishing, hiking, kayaking, and traveling. We are former backpackers whose days of sleeping on the ground are now over. We began our RV adventures in 2016 in a RTR (really tiny rig) called the MyPod (11' long). We moved up in the world to a 14' teardrop camper ([email protected] Max XL), then a a 21' teardrop camper with a bathroom, and finally we have a 23 foot Black Series HQ15 travel trailer.

Pleasant Repeat

This was our second visit with kvdreamerBW and a nice one it was. We did enjoy having this nice quiet couple share our property and look forward to more as they enjoy traveling in their very impressive setup.

Wonderful guest!!

What a delight hosting this wonderful couple. This is their second visit,  and we were delighted to have them back.  You could not ask for a more polite and thoughtful couple.

KvdreamerBW is certainly welcome back here any time. They stayed one night, so we didn't get a chance for an extended visit.

They did an excellent job on keeping us updated on their  ETA. Very respectful of our place. So quiet we hardly knew they were here.

Short but sweet

We enjoyed the visit, as short as it was - but I bet it is good to be headed home. The rain was a bit of a downer and made parking a slight issue. But with the great driving skills it looked like a simple matter. We really liked your sweet companion, such a gentle girl. A unique trailer, not like the small [email protected]'s - a nice, compact unit. We would enjoy having you back anytime.

Charming Guests

We are so glad kvdreamerBW decided to take advantage of the space we make available. Since they like to take a less direct back to their home place we are hoping they will consider a repeat stay. We enjoyed a time sitting and chatting about their past expeditions backpacking and using their very versatile RV setup. Luckily we had a few early flowers blooming providing a small photography session. Sophie, their charming "puppy" was a great guest and quick friend for our basset hound, Huckleberry. We wish kvdreamerBW safe travels and hope to see them again either here or maybe out there on the road.

A Kodachrome couple! 🙂

It was a wonderful experience to host this warm and delightful couple and their big loveable teddy bear of a dog. What fun we had  chatting at length about our shared interest in photography and camping. KvdreamerBW are quiet and respectful guests. They are welcome back here anytime.
