We're a retired married couple that travels quite a bit. We enjoy the outdoors, nature, kayak, bicycle, auto racing, golf, fishing, major events (Kentucky Derby), holiday festivals and live music concerts.
Boondockers are welcome to stay at our quiet rural residence which is on a Main Street yet very close to the NY State Thruway (90).
She is a foodie that loves (mostly) clean eating, cooking and baking. He is very mechanically knowledgeable.
Quiet outdoor settings surrounded by nature.
We're equally as comfortable in rural settings as suburban locations and any location when we're RVing!

Delightful couple and their dog. Just a short overnight stay to pick up new RV. Welcome back any time in the new rig. Travel safe. Enjoy.
Super accommodating, nearly begged me to plug in, but didn't need it for one night.
Beautiful property. I highly recommend a stay here.
I regret not being able to say Goodbye in the morning.
Gorgeous property, fit our 40 ft fifth wheel nicely! Level, black top area for rig to set up with a pond view! The spot is very peaceful and level. Great hosts, very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay & we definitely recommend this wonderful location. Thanks so much for opening your property for us to have a safe enjoyable place to rest!
The Witnauers let us park our RV on their paved, and beautiful property. They also let us plug in. We were in the area to tour Niagara Falls over two days. It was about 50 minutes to the falls but provided a great base camp for us.
They are wonderful people and we were so grateful to stay there each evening. Awesome hosts!
GPS took us right to their place. Handy to Niagara falls. Less than an hour. Paved parking.
Can't say enough positive about first stay as boondockers with TheWitnauers. They were very accommodating, friendly and all around nice people. Would definitely stay again!
Very tough to find this property. It’s on a fast moving rural road, and GPS mapping was be 7-8 miles off when given their address. Despite their directions, I couldn’t locate the driveway without having traffic pile up behind me as I slowed enough to check for small mailbox numbers, so I gave up and went to a truck stop close nearby. NOT their fault!! Something about their address and GPS algorithms just doesn’t click, and slowing down to scan closely wasn’t possible. Maybe a bigger name/ number on the driveway might help? They tried, and I tried, so let’s give these nice folks the benefit of the doubt with a thumbs up!!
Spent one night here during our cross country trip. What a beautiful area and their hospitality and parking was perfect. Highly recommend and will ask to stay again if we are in the area. Best J&K
We had a very enjoyable experience Boondocking at Pembroke Pines. This I a wonderful location. The yard is beautiful. Suzanne was very pleasant and interesting. We shared mutual goals relating to RVing. I would not hesitate to recommend this site to other RVs. We would without a doubt would stay with the Witnauer"s in the future.
It was a delight to be given the opportunity to stay at Pembroke Pines so we could visit Niagara Falls. The hosts were very gracious, especially considering they were just returning from their own RV trip. A heartfelt thanks to them, and we hope we have the chance to meet up with them on the road in the future!
We were welcomed with open arms by this warm and very friendly couple. A gorgeous location on flat ground close to a beautiful pond. Only 45 minutes away from Niagara Falls! We would be very pleased to stay there again.
We had no problems finding this location. Close enough to the interstate to be convenient, yet far enough that road noise didn’t bother us. The hosts were gracious and ensured we had everything we needed. We had three quiet nights. Located close enough to drive to the places we wanted to visit, including Letchworth SP and Buffalo area. We will request this location again when in the area and highly recommend it.
The Witnauers are very gracious hosts. We were gone a lot and didn't get to visit much when we stayed, but they have a great place perfect for a night or two stay. If you have a big rig, you may need to back in, or back out, or potentially drive in their grass (they have a big yard) if they will allow it to turn around, but otherwise, they have a great place, very level on blacktop beside their shop/garage outside and you're less than an hour from the falls and 20 or so minutes to six flags.
Thanks for the stay!
This is a nice quiet place to stay. Eady to get into. Level. About an hour drive to the Falls and 20 minutes to six flags. We enjoyed our stay. Had a short visit with our hosts but had different schedules. Hope we get to see them again, maybe in Utah.
Thanks for letting us stay. 😀
The hosts were so accomaditing and understanding of our spontaneous travel plans. We are so thankful for this perfect little spot less than an hour from Niagara Falls. It allowed us to take our car to the falls while leaving our bus safe and parked (and avoiding outrageous parking fees and campsites by the falls). They are such generous, kind people and we enjoyed the beautiful view at their property. Thanks again!
We enjoyed our stay with the Witnauers! Their property was so beautiful and the spot was perfect for our rig (paved and darn near level) They were both so nice and made us feel really welcome. Our family felt safe there and everybody had a great (albeit brief) visit.
We wish we had more time there but we still had a lot of road to cover to reach our next destination.
We could not have asked for a better host! Excellent location, plenty of space for our MH. Suzanne made sure we had everything we needed and took time out of her schedule to sit and chat with us. She made us feel like we were long lost friends. We didn't see any deer in the backyard but did smell a skunk later in the evening LOL
We really enjoyed our time at Pembrook Pines. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming! The property is beautiful and centrally located so we were able to do day trips to Niagara Falls and Letchworth State Parks without towing our camper. The wildlife in the yard was an added bonus.
We look forward to spending time with our new friends again some day.
Despite our troubles we did make home and, while we did not stop it was comforting to know we could if needed. RV locations during off season are next to none and so we opted to go none stop. in Your communications with us while traveling was the best and greatly appreciated. Again many thanks and travel safe.
