Professional, Clean, & Quiet gentlemen. I don't Drink/Smoke/Drugs. Love to spontaneously travel last minute. Usually just looking for a quiet spot last minute for the night before it gets too dark.
Self-Contained. 30 Amp hookup appreciated during summer for AC use during hotter months.

Jeeper5usa stayed just one night.... very nice folks.
Definitely recommend them.
I was gone camping with limited internet when the request came in from jeeper5usa. Despite the limited connectivity, communications were great between us. My host location was in perfect order when I arrived home.
Happy to provide a stopping place for this father-and-son camping trip. These pleasant and polite folks are welcome to come again anytime.
This was my second time staying here and I'll come back again. Excellent communicator. Easy access to quiet, flat driveway.
Definitely appreciated the good night's rest, unfortunately didn't get to meet the host in person as he was working. Always good to know there's a safe please to stop
Our host was very kind and accommodating to our family. We so appreciate him welcoming us to stay at his place. The location was perfect for exploring NYC and Philly. Sadly, we did not have the chance for a face to face meeting, but we felt like we did because of the great communication. Thank you again!
Jeeper5usa accommodated our changing schedule with ease and flexibility. We stayed over one night with hookups. Thanks for hosting us!
Quiet area with level parking. Our host was away on his own adventure on the Holiday weekend but gave us great directions and instructions. We had a very relaxing evening with 6 deer (3 of them babies) visiting us & colorful hot air balloons flying overhead. We only spent one night but sure hope to visit again & get to meet our host & share stories & RV travels.
Easy location, the owner is very genuine and helpful with directions into his space. Nice ice cream place around the corner. We would hope to stay again. Perfect spot for our travels into New England.
This is in a quiet area with level parking. The host was kind and helpful and even pointed out the local ice-cream shop that had ample outdoor seating along a river and was a walkable distance.
This was our first stop... EVER. We absolutely loved it, they are amazing, super accommodating. The place is well taken care of and their instructions are clear and easy to follow. Couldn't ask for more !
Thank you for everything!
We spent one very quiet and peaceful night at this spot. It was easy to find and to back into. And a nice level spot. Our host communicated promptly and provided helpful information, which we appreciated.
It was a pleasure to meet him. Easy to get in and out of! Was excellent with communicating and accommodating as my plans changed.
Great stop for us westerners wandering through NJ. Host enjoyable to visit with and his communications made it easy to locate our rig on the right spot on his property.
A convenient and quiet parking spot. Melvin has two deer that live in the woods next to his driveway. They will come visit you if you are not threatening.
Quick overnight stop. EZ access. Didn't use 15A/water but was nice enough to offer.
Thank you for the stayover.
Our stay on the property was quaint and peaceful until the final morning, which ended in a total misunderstanding between us and the host.
He graciously offered an extension for power on two occasions: once via text and again when he greeted us upon arrival. We graciously declined because we have a solar system that provides our power, and we have a generator as back up. The listing had said there was no power provided, but we appreciated the offer in case of cloudy/rainy weather. We let him know we have our own extension cord. The nights were peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood is quaint with little activity. The location was a great distance from NYC.
On our last morning’s stay, we were in the process of baking the host some banana bread as a token of appreciation for his hospitality when our solar power ran out! The bread was in the oven and we needed about 20 minutes of power before it was done. Normally, in these circumstances, we’d run the generator but it was way too early and we wanted to be considerate of his neighbors. Because he had offered the extension on day 1, we thought he wouldn’t mind our plugging into the outlet just outside of our RV so we could finish baking. Within 2 minutes of plugging in, he called me and started yelling at me so loudly I could barely understand what he was saying! He was livid that we’d plug in without permission. I couldn’t believe we had misunderstood him when he offered the cord in the first place. I apologized profusely and even offered a donation. He refused to accept anything from us. We’ve always taken our role as respectful and thoughtful guests seriously so for this to happen was a total disappointment. I would suggest for this host to offer “extras” with more clarity. If we had known he was offering the extension for, I’m guessing, our generator instead of to plug in, we most definitely would have honored this just as we’ve honored the rules of all the other properties from whom we’ve been positively reviewed.
