They took us up on a couple suggestions for places to visit. They were friendly and respectful, and even left us a lovely flower arrangement! We were glad to have them, and they're welcome back anytime!
They were wonderful guests. Clean, good communicators, and left absolutely no trace of their visit. Would definitely let them come again.
They were great guests and we look forward to hosting them again in the future.
We enjoyed our visit with Danny. They are knowledgeable about the RV lifestyle. They are welcome back anytime and looking forward to meeting up with them again.
We really enjoyed This couple staying with us, they were wonderful people , We had a lot in common. We would welcome them back anytime
Danny and June were awesome guests. Enjoyed having them. We had two Rv guests at same time so we had a group camp fire and had a wonderful time around the fire chatting. Would have them stay again if they come back to Alaska.
Thanks for stopping buy! You both made the days while you were here more fun and hope to see you again sometime.
Sorry we were not able to provide you with all your requirements (Wifi, >10A power) but glad we could give you somewhere to hole up during the awful rains as you passed through!
Thank you for staying with me! It was a pleasure meeting you both. I only wish we had more time to visit!
Did not have much time to chat, only stayed for one night - wish we had more time, welcome back anytime!
Wasn’t able to make it the night I had planned! The host called to check in and give me helpful directions
This unassuming driveway in a quiet neighborhood was an oasis for us on a long, tiring trip. The hosts graciously offered us use of their fenced back yard to run our dogs, and they gave us banana bread and a wonderful tourist packet that included some recipes we think we'll try. The hospitality was outstanding. Thank you so much.
This was a great stop over in a neighborhood. Level driveway. Very kind and informative hosts.
The hosts were very friendly offering a loaf of bread and a welcome pack for places to visit in the area. Great location! A pleasant stay.
Danny and June were amazing - our first welcome boondockers experience, we were running behind and having a long day. They were so hospitable and helped turned a rough day into a great experience to start off our road trip!
These wonderful hosts greeted us with a local information package and a homemade loaf of bread. We had a nice visit and a very nice stay. Recommend them highly!!!
Oh my gosh, my wife and I thought we were at the Four Seasons. Great hosts!!! We have a 26 foot class C and it fit perfect in a fairly level spot and thanks to the generosity of our host we even had a 30amp plug to connect to and they gave us a password to their guest wifi! If that weren't enough they shared their freshly cooked dinner with us including some wonderful sourdough bread. Enjoyed some great conversation as well and they kept checking on us to ensure all was well or if we needed anything. It is a very peaceful neighborhood and a quite street as well. Great for walking our dog and getting a good night's sleep. Very close to I-20 which we were driving through on so very convenient on and off. Hope to be back whenever we come through the area.
The driveway worked fine for us, with a 17 ft trailer and VW a Toureg TV. Anything bigger would be a bit tight. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful
I found it just as described and everything was as they had told us, but my truck and 5th wheel was longer that I thought it was. I talked to them several times and both seem to be wonderful people
Unfortunately we weren't able to stay with the host, but their communication skills and kindness went a long way and were appreciated!
Danny and June were so caring from day one. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I am looking forward to reserving with them again, as I pass through on my return trip, in a month or so. I have found new friends!
The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Their neighborhood is easily accessed and was very quite. We really enjoyed walking around while we were there.
Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Gave us brochures on local points of interests. Wonderful location, close to interstate. Stopped by Duck Dynasty and a quilt store.
Thank you June and Danny for a quiet restful stay. Your neighborhood was peaceful , dark and quiet. Thank you also for the lovely loaf of bread!
Our hosts hospitality was superb! We were met with help to back in on their driveway, hooked us up to 30 amp, AND gave us a loaf of freshly made sour dough bread. Oh, my, it was delicious! I highly recommend these fine hosts, and we will be back when we are in the area. Thank you, Florence Drive!
Very nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. Sure appreciate the hospitality, we would stay again.
Our hosts greeted us with a gift of homemade (and delicious!) nutbread and sourdough. The hosts are very experienced travelers and pleasant people. Our night there was quiet, the hosts left us our privacy but texted to check that we were happy and comfortable. We certainly were! Thanks!
Perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood for an overnights stay. Easy back in drive way with plenty of room and electric hookup. Thank you guys again! We would stay again.
I actually arrived “home” before the host did. No worries because she let me know that was a possibility. I was gifted with a loaf of home baked bread and the best pasta salad I’d ever tasted. I could not have needed anything else to have made this a better visit. I hope to be as good a host as this couple were someday. It was very easy access on/off the interstate. Will definitely stop by next time I’m in this area.
This was our very first stay as boondockerswelcome. These hosts are wonderful and accommodating and full of pleasantries!:)
We were very thankful to have the opportunity to stay during the coronavirus pandemic. We were on our way back home from the west trying to move quickly with campground closures this was a great opportunity to have a safe place to stay. We carried on a little bit of a conversation with our phones staying our distance. The next time we’re in the area we would love to get to know our hosts better.
Very hospitable host, we were warmly received. They suggested we visit the Biedenharn, home of the first bottlers of Coke--very testing. We spent a peaceful night in their driveway.
Danny's place was just what I needed on a x-c drive...easy, safe, quiet. Even though it was Easter Sunday and they had plans, they generously offered their driveway. Communication was great, and I felt very welcomed. Thanks!
Even though they were leaving for their own extended adventure to Alaska in 3 days, they welcomed me and helped with getting the trailer parked. It was a very hot and muggy evening in NE Louisiana, and they loaned me their endless breeze fan. (I liked it and will buy one!)
The location is on a short quiet street with almost no traffic. Plenty of room for a 25' trailer. The night before I left June brought me a small loaf of banana bread! Life is good!
