Hello,
My name is David and I am originally from the UK. My girlfriend Ilyse is from New Zealand and together we are on a tour of the USA in a 24 foot RV. We are trying to see as much of the country as possible and as we are both sociable people we want to meet people where possible to swap stories and see new places. We are both clean and tidy people, who respect others property and will ensure we leave any site we visit as we found it. We are non smokers and don't have any pets with us, which is a shame as we both love animals.
We look forward to staying with you if you can accommodate us.
Thank you
David - I speak fluent French.
No pets
We will update this as we travel around the country.
London, UK and Auckland, NZ
We have a 24 foot Ford RV with a slide out on the drivers side, but we don't have to have this out if there isn't space for it. We don't have a tow vehicle.
David.Ilyse are great boondockers. Lovely couple. We would welcome them again.
What a shame we didn’t have more time to spend with these lovely travelers. They were great guests and we’d love to have them stay again.
Arrived right on time ~~ Had let us know when to expect them and hit it spot on. They were here late afternoon to following morning. Quiet & unassuming.
Fun to visit with ~ Our dogs fell in love with them ~ Would be glad to have them back.
These guys were so happy and friendly. Quiet night. Great guests that are traveling across the US! Wish you a safe journey.
We enjoyed hosting david.ilyse, but we had too many other things going on while they were here:( We would have enjoyed visiting more, come back again & we'll do better! They were a very nice couple...Welcome anytime.
David and Ilyse were so fun to have around. We talked about destinations including their home countries and discussed what life was like there and in different destinations around the country. We had a comical discussion about the differences in toilets. not only different countries but in different hemispheres. We also gave advice about ordering in the south. Things they were used to in Europe and New Zealand may not be represented well with southern culinary or beverage choices of similar design. We would love the opportunity for our paths to cross again one day.
