Had a wonderful time with the Millers.....really enjoyed chatting and playing with kool Dixie
ya'll come back anytime, well be in touch
This couple was a great guest. We had met them on the road and it was great to have them stop in and get them to join Boondockerswelcome.com Having them stay here and give us our first reference was even more special because they were fellow truck campers. We enjoy all campers but it was nice to see a couple TC's parked together in the driveway. The best news for everyone is they are now new host in the community with 4 large sites in the GA area which definitely needed more hosts. So great to see the boon docking community grow with such awesome people.
Our host, Ivy, was in a league of his own with a willingness and friendliness that exudes Southern hospitality. Thanks for the tour, fabulous corn and veges and general well aimed banter. We enjoyed your company unfortunately without the pleasure of Elaine's company but perhaps this will bring us back another day.
Thanks and best regards,
-bruce and Marguerite

This top was amazing I am so new and Ivy taught me so much. It was such a pleasure to get to know him and Elaine wish I could have stayed longer. These have to be the best host in the world I can't imagine there's any better. So welcoming and friendly and have really helped me along the way in my journey. Fantastic tour of the property Gifts of sunflowers and fresh vegetables from the garden. Truly truly an amazing experience for me.
We had the most incredible time at Miller Pond. From the moment we pulled in we were welcomed with open arms! We arrived as strangers but left has good friends. We will definitely be back for another visit!! Highly recommended it if you are ever in Georgia!
No words to describe Ivey and Elaine's warm hosting.... Very generous and adorable people. Ivey became very quickly our little son's best buddy!! (Car golf helps ;) ) the place is so nice and quiet and great walks and bike rides around!! We truly hope to come back sharing true and warm moments with these amazing hosts!!
Great place with hook ups. Free running nice dogs, which was fine with us. Ivey showed us to the spot which had no tree problems, came back later & invited us to his campfire at their house. Would definitely go back again.
Host was very helpful and friendly. Great setting next to his pond and under the trees. A great quite place to stay when your in the area.
Host was very polite, friendly and helpful! Great site to visit and park next to the pond! 30 amp electrical service, know that's hard to find! Will be staying here again anytime I travel though the area!
We found Millers Pond to be a beautifully tranquil place where it was easy to unwind and relax. Ivey was a wonderfully gracious host. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and invited us to spend happy hour with him, which of course we did! Our dog was treated like one of the family and also loved running around the spacious grounds. Thanks again Ivey and Elaine. We are so happy to have made new friends and look forward to seeing you again!
A lovely place with lovely hosts.
We spend two days on this quiet site ans took benefit to visit Savannah City that is 45 min from them.
The property is beautiful with a pond and à lot of big pins.
Had many interresting conversations with the kind hosts.
If you pass by, you have to stop there.
This is a must stop along your way. So gracious, welcoming, and their home and land is incredible.
We had such a good time spending our time there. We fished the pond, sat around the campfire with them. Our dogs had a blast running around with their dogs. It’s just a Short drive to see beautiful Savannah.
I could go on and on and on and on and on 😀
Marvelous stay Thank you so much, we will definitely be back on our way back down south.
Ivey and Elane are absolutely wonderful hosts. Their property is fantastic and great for pups and humans alike. You won't find better hosts than these two!
Southern hospitality at its finest! Our host was so welcoming. We had a delay in our arrival time, but he was understanding and said he would "keep the light on for us"! He greeted us and led us to our spot. We enjoyed a nice campfire on his patio along with another BW family. He has a beautiful property among the Georgia pines. Our kids loved fishing in the pond. He and his family were very kind to us and our kids. I really enjoyed getting to know a little more about our host. We had some great conversations and would definitely recommend this property if you're in the area.
Ivey and Elaine were awesome hosts. We felt so welcomed and we all had a blast...fishing in the pond, playing with their adorable dogs, toasting marshmallows around a campfire and sharing lots of laughs. I highly recommend a stay at their place. We hope to visit again soon the next time we're out this way!
We had such a wonderful stay at Millerpond thanks to our generous hosts. We were greeted at the driveway and directed to a level grassy site next to a pond with electric and water hookups available. The biggest bonus for us was that our dog found great playmate dogs there and he was free to be off leash. Thank you for such a nice visit - we hope to see you again!
This is a welcoming, quiet and restful place complete with a fishing pond, nice area to walk or run and wonderful hosts!
The only thing that is better than the scenery at this site is the people! The hosts are true gems. The southern hospitality is at its finest at Miller Pond. The hosts are genuine good people who love to share of their beautiful area, experiences, and life. They are very accommodating to your unique needs. We truly hope to return.
This was our first trip with our new motorhome. We were leaving Florida, headed for record low temperatures and I was terrified that either we, or the motorhome, would freeze. Mr. M. was so reassuring. When I emailed him my concerns, he called and told me to pack an electric heater and we would be fine. He was right. Without him, we might have cancelled our trip.
We had a wonderful time at Millerpond. Their place is absolutely beautiful! We sat around the campfire with Mr. M. swapping stories and getting some great advice for newbie RVers. Mrs. M. fed us delicious homemade veggie soup.
Our only regret was that we could only stay one night. We will definitely be back!
Thank you so much! The whole world should be made of people like you.
Five star visit from hosts and site. Just wonderful evening by campfire.
We loved staying at the Miller's! They are phenomenal hosts! Mr. Miller gave me and my daughter a ride around the property on the golf cart as soon as we got there while my husband set up and unhooked. It was nice getting to know them over the fire at night and over our stay! We went to Savannah during the day and came back and another family had showed up as well. There was fishing around the pond and feeding the catfish. Our daughter ran so free here and loved every minute of it even dumping water from the pond all over herself. Our only regret was only planning 2 nights there as we didn't want to leave but had to get on the road although they would have kept us longer. We definitly plan to stay longer next time we visit!
Great stay would like to stay here anytime they'll have us. Nice location very quiet very safe and plenty of room. Great hosts who love to meet people to talk and share stories with.
We had our first boondockerswelcome stay at MillerPond and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We felt like family from the moment of our arrival. I highly recommend that anyone driving through Georgia stop in and experience the southern hospitality. You won’t be sorry.
We had a really great time staying at Millerpond. It is a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful location. The accommodations provided by Ivey and Elaine are top-notch - truly boondocking in style. We also had a lot of fun socializing for a few nights at the fire and getting to know everyone better. Our dog was in heaven with a lot of room to run around, explore, and play. Highly recommend Millerpond if you're in the area!
Really enjoyed the country setting and excellent conversations with the Millers. Fire pit, dogs, ducks, family, hotdogs.
They have taken some wonderful trips - fun to hear about them.
I am a new member of the Boondockers Welcome. The Miller's were to be my first Boondocking experience since we bought our RV. Ivey was so nice to escort me to my parking spot and gave me advice on my setup. We utilized the very handy 30A electric hookup. I was so amazed of the property's ambiance. We took up Ivey's suggestion of a nice 3/4 of a mile hike around the beautiful landscape. After the nice hike, we stopped over to the house where Elaine joined us and had a very nice discussion next to a comforting fire taking the chill off the night air. I told him that if he's up in my part of Pennsylvania, they would have a place to stop in as well. Ivey had the ability to really make you smile. I really appreciated the Miller's warm welcome. I'm really looking forward to many future says with the Millers and other Boondockers Welcome hosts.
Oh my gosh... there is no way to experience better hospitality than to experience a welcome from Ivey, Elaine, and Susan! We arrived at dark, later than expected, and they interrupted their dinner to come out and guide us in. They made sure we had everything we needed to hook up properly, and came back later to double-check that we were ok and were'nt in need anything. Salt of the Earth.... just good people.
Ivey suggested we visit Savannah and stay one more night... we are visiting Savanna and look forward to staying one more night!
Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I am not sure if there are any better people than Ivey and Elaine. From the moment that we drove in and were "escorted" to our beautiful site; our time was full of smiles, and laughter. We found new friends and what better bonus of boondocking is there?!! Ivey and Elaine went above and beyond hosting! Sharing their fire pit with us each evening and engaging in great conversation and making us feel as if we were family. Ivey loves to "cut up" and had us laughing all the time. What a wonderful escape from the crazy world that we live in and what a Blessing to find people who give you faith in humanity! Usually we are ready to "hit the road" after a few days stay but with Ivey and Elaine we were sad to leave. However; we KNOW that our paths will cross again..We received a gift of friendship from this fine couple.
A very nice place to stay. Very nice people, we turned on the wrong road, and they helped us find the way their home. Ivey & Elaine even came to the end of the road on their golf cart to help us. Helped us set up, and even had a fire in the evening. Would stay their again if in the area.
Had a great time with this host. Met me on arrival . Lead me to the spot and helped me set up. Level grassy spot that was private. Had a couple nice visit with host. Would love to come back some time.
Our host was so very kind and accommodating, we had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this beautiful property and hope to stay here again on our way back!
We very much enjoyed our stay here with the Millers. Awesome lot, had full hookups, nice little pond, nice clean property. The Millers were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back and stay with them again. Thank you for the wonderful stay
I and E were wonderful hosts; very inviting, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would love to stay again the next time we are in the area.
