My wife and I are starting a new adventure. We are early retirees and just beginning to travel in our little TT. Looking for a life long journey and great adventures . We are hoping to have lots of fun and find some great hidden jems along the way.
I am an avid forager & lover of wild mushrooms. I so enjoy the hunt. Any and all mushroom hunting information is greatly appreciated. And yes I will probably ask, so be prepared! Have been foraging for wild mushrooms for over
20 years and can identify thirty or more wild edibles. My life long dream is to follow the morels throughout the United States. Maybe someday 😉

Very nice couple. We talked about our adventures and theirs. Would love to see them again in the future. Thanks for stopping by. Safe travels.
Pleasant and positive guests. Quite independent, very appreciative of our hospitality. It was fun watching them take pictures of the sunset, and enjoy the barge traffic on the Ohio River.
A very nice couple who spent just a short time with us. We had great conversation and shared hearty laughter as well as interesting stories. Wishing them safe travels as they continue the journey and we would welcome them back, any time. Hopefully our paths will cross some where on the road as well.
Very pleasant couple enjoying the RV lifestyle (I’m a little envious). Had a nice visit, and even learned a couple of things about wild mushrooms. Wife and I wish them the best in their travels, and welcome them back anytime.
Great guests! I have never met anyone that loves to hunt mushrooms as much as Harold. We had such interesting conversations.
These guys came on a bad weekend - more Kentucky rain, and we had previous engagements. However, they were super nice, and Harold was able to find a few mushrooms and even shared a couple with us. We hope that if they come back through, we will be able to spend more time visiting!
Thanks for the introduction to the oyster mushroom ; I even liked it and I'm a mushroom hater!!
I was out of town, but town folks tell me positive things about guests. Would welcome back any time.
Great communication. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Maybe next time.
Was glad we could could help even with all the rain in our area. Our guest were very thoughtful and respectful. Great sense of humor.
Not too often that you get a Boondockers Welcome guest that hops out and instantly wants to start looking for mushrooms. These guys are avid mushroom hunters.
We were quite busy while they were here, and unfortunately we didn't get a chance to visit as much as we wanted to. The moments we did get to visit were so enjoyable. It was fun having them around.
Great guests. Very respectful. They are welcome back here anytime.
Glad to meet them and share in their new adventure welcome back anytime
These were lovely guests, very quiet, very considerate. Wish we could have spent more time meeting them. They are welcome back anytime, consider stoping on your way home.
The Cilleys were a joy to host. Such interesting stories and getting to share the beginning of their new life on the road as full timers.
We roasted chili dogs and s’mores on the fire together. We hope we can host them again in the future.
We were disappointed that we were unable to host this couple. It just didnt work out this time. They were awesome with communication their needs and plans. Maybe next time.
