My wife and I are exploring new adventures in our great beautiful land of America! We are early retirees and have recently purchased a Dodge dually with a Lance truck camper. We spend our winters in the warm weather of Florida, mainly in the panhandle. We enjoy a lot of our time on our 25th Anniversary Honda Goldwing motorcycle that we often bring with on our camping expeditions (pictured with our truck camper). Looking for a life long journey and great adventures. We are hoping to have lots of fun and find some great hidden gems along the way.
I am an avid forager & lover of wild mushrooms. I so enjoy the hunt. Any and all mushroom hunting information is greatly appreciated. And yes I will probably ask, so be prepared! Have been foraging for wild mushrooms for over 20 years and can identify 30+ wild edibles. My life long dream is to follow the morels throughout the United States. Maybe someday 😉

We love Wisconsin in the fall, as well as Tennessee. We still have 13 more states to see (mainly upper East Coast) on our quest to explore all of the United States. Hoping to make this our boondocking adventure next year.

Livinthedream were so courteous, thoughtful and communicative. We regret that we didn’t actually get to meet them, but hope they’ll come back some time so we can.
They stayed for a couple of day, left then circumstances changed for them and they returned!!! Very easy couple to get along with. They are neat, clean and very friendly. Yes, they are welcome to return when their travels brings them to this area again.
Very friendly couple, very enjoyable to visit with. Lots of varied experiences to converse about. They are welcome back anytime.
Glad you could use the river camp to get off the road for a night. If your ever in area again please stop. Safe travels.
Nice guests. We enjoyed the talk, wish we could have talked a lot more. Hopefully they can come again.
Second visit here. They are always welcome back for more conversations. Safe travels.
Easy going fun couple. Had some good conversations. Enjoyed the tour of their beautiful rig, I asked a lot of questions and learned a lot.
Great visitors, good communication, really good folks, they're welcome back anytime!
Although it was a short overnight stay, we really enjoyed chatting with them about their travels and RV living. We would gladly host them again any time.
Livingthedream was friendly and easy to carry a conversation with. He has a lot of experience with RVs and RV traveling. They are welcome to return any time.
Livinthedream stayed at one of my RV sites for 5 nights. While I never met the Mrs, I did have several meetings with the Mr. I found him to be very sociable and appreciative of the services I provided. I invited him in my home to watch the Seahawlks/Packers game. Livinthedream are welcome to come back any time.
Didn't get much time to visit--rainy days. Hope they come back some day when the weather cooperates!
Very nice couple. We talked about our adventures and theirs. Would love to see them again in the future. Thanks for stopping by. Safe travels.
Pleasant and positive guests. Quite independent, very appreciative of our hospitality. It was fun watching them take pictures of the sunset, and enjoy the barge traffic on the Ohio River.
A very nice couple who spent just a short time with us. We had great conversation and shared hearty laughter as well as interesting stories. Wishing them safe travels as they continue the journey and we would welcome them back, any time. Hopefully our paths will cross some where on the road as well.
Very pleasant couple enjoying the RV lifestyle (I’m a little envious). Had a nice visit, and even learned a couple of things about wild mushrooms. Wife and I wish them the best in their travels, and welcome them back anytime.
Great guests! I have never met anyone that loves to hunt mushrooms as much as Harold. We had such interesting conversations.
These guys came on a bad weekend - more Kentucky rain, and we had previous engagements. However, they were super nice, and Harold was able to find a few mushrooms and even shared a couple with us. We hope that if they come back through, we will be able to spend more time visiting!
Thanks for the introduction to the oyster mushroom ; I even liked it and I'm a mushroom hater!!
I was out of town, but town folks tell me positive things about guests. Would welcome back any time.
Great communication. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Maybe next time.
Was glad we could could help even with all the rain in our area. Our guest were very thoughtful and respectful. Great sense of humor.
Not too often that you get a Boondockers Welcome guest that hops out and instantly wants to start looking for mushrooms. These guys are avid mushroom hunters.
We were quite busy while they were here, and unfortunately we didn't get a chance to visit as much as we wanted to. The moments we did get to visit were so enjoyable. It was fun having them around.
Great guests. Very respectful. They are welcome back here anytime.
Glad to meet them and share in their new adventure welcome back anytime
These were lovely guests, very quiet, very considerate. Wish we could have spent more time meeting them. They are welcome back anytime, consider stoping on your way home.
The Cilleys were a joy to host. Such interesting stories and getting to share the beginning of their new life on the road as full timers.
We roasted chili dogs and s’mores on the fire together. We hope we can host them again in the future.
Circumstances changed, so we didn’t actually host Livinthedream, but they were quick, gracious and clear in all their communications.
Hopefully they’ll come back.
We were disappointed that we were unable to host this couple. It just didnt work out this time. They were awesome with communication their needs and plans. Maybe next time.
