We have covered the Eastern US in our Bus Conversion(PD4104-4541). Our kids live in Central Florida, where we spend the winter. We have friends and family in Michigan and we try to spend most of the summer in Northern Michigan. Recently acquired a Roadtrek Class B. Planning a trip to the Grand Canyon next summer in the Roadtrek. We have hosted many bus conversion rallies, mainly in Florida where we belonged to 2 different FMCA sanctioned clubs. Upon retirement we relocated to Georgia and many of our friends from the clubs come to stay with us, some for a few days, others for a month or two. We love to see fellow RV'ers pull in the drive, which we especially had redone when we moved here to accommodate large rigs. We stay very busy so may not have time to be a tour guide. We kayak when we get a chance, but most of our time at home is spent working on vehicles and taking care of things that have to be done on the property. Getting ready for the next road trip. We live a simple life, we are not into formal dining or clubbing. You can find our profile on Busconversions.com.
I am one of the few people left who can work on a Detroit 2-cycle motor. 6-71, 8v-71
We travel with 2 dogs. 70 lbs and 50 lbs. When we are home the dogs have a large pen so they can spend some time outdoors. The pen also keeps them separated from the cats on the property.
UP Michigan, anywhere there.

I was kinda busy doing conference calls n such so didn't get to visit much with this very king host. I hope they will have me back on my next rip through here.
Hill Haven is a great spot to park for the night among other RVers. The hosts are welcoming and make you feel very comfortable in setting up and in conversation. A very quiet environment and I would hope that my journeys lead me there again.
Great friendly host and an easy big site to get into with water and electric. This was perfect for me, not really out of my way, and I could not have felt safer.
