We are a retired electrician and hairdresser, we sold or donated everything we owned by September of 2017. We lived in the Seattle area forever, but now are trying to see all the cool stuff in the US and Canada. We anchored in Mesa the 1st winter, loved it, so committed to our 2nd winter at the same place. We used to have an Airbnb, and have been a host family for students from 17 countries. I guess that means we love meeting strangers! Boondockers seems like a great fit for us.
My husband is a retired electrician, but is handy at most things. I’m a retired hairdresser, keeping up on our licenses for ‘just in case’.
No pets
We don’t have a favorite boondocking place yet. Hoping to soon though.
We are finishing up our 2nd year on Sept 1. We stay in Mesa Az in the winter months. We are both working 13 hours a week, maintenance and front desk at a resort that has both manufactured homes and RV spots. The rest of the year we travel as much as possible. We love to explore areas on jeep trails.
We have a 2017 Tiffin Allegro Open Rd and tow a 2012 Jeep.
Terri+Lynn were welcome guests, very friendly and easy to have stay with us. They are welcome back anytime. They spent 2 nights and took advantage of some of the wonderful things we have to offer in Reno and Lake Tahoe.
It was so nice having Terri & Lynn here this weekend. There was a mix-up initially when I accidentally canceled their reservation, but we worked it out and they stayed here two nights. Wish it had been more. Another dinner sharing interesting stories would have been delightful. They have two well behaved dogs that Terri and Lynn were diligent about picking up after, and I'm going to miss those pups' fuzzy little faces. We wish them happy travels and hope they will consider staying with us again if they return to the area.
