Guests were here and gone before I got a chance to say hi. They had been here before so came in later and left early. They are always welcome. The location is private from the house so appreciated their communication via text to let me know they had arrived.
Very easy family to host. Quiet, in and out, with no problems. Sorry this reference took so long. I thought I already submitted one for you right after you left.
Loved having this guest even though we didn’t get to visit with them they were not here very long at all look forward to seeing them next time
Arrived late in the day and left early the next so didn’t have a lot of time to chat. Quiet family. They are welcome back any time.
We were out of town when they parked in front of the house for a few days. It was uneventful according to neighbors. Maybe we will meet someday!
Great quiet place. We liked seeing the Alpacas. Easy access, level gravel parking area with a hedge row to block the wind.
Verizon service was good. Host was very helpful. Highly recommended. Would stop again if we are ever in the area.
We stayed two nights at Selah Alpaca Sanctuary and it was lovely. Fantastic view, quiet location, easy access, and fun, charming alpacas. Mike and MaryAnn are kind, generous people and we are so happy to have met them. We will be back for sure!
This location was perfect for an overnight stay. The hosts was very nice and friendly. We had to change our original stay date and they were able to accommodate our new travel dates.
We can not say enough good things about this family!! They are friendly, kind, generous and made us feel very welcomed. They shared their chicken's eggs with us and apologized for not having any fresh produce to share with as well. Our kiddos played with their grandkids on the play equipment, we meet their daughter who is just as wonderful as they are. Their property is out in the beautiful country where it's nice and quiet, a great place to rest after the hustle and bustle of the city and a long drive. We will stay here again when we are back in the area.
Quiet spot, very nice host! Make sure you don't follow google's directions for which driveway to get in!
Easy access from interstate and lots of room to park. Host and family were wonderful. They offered fresh eggs from the henhouse as well as harvest from their gardens. We really longed to have lingered another day or two but had to continue our journey. These warm people have a great property and location to enjoy and use as a base to enjoy the area.
Access for our 40' motorhome with 22' trailer was no problem on this delightful smallholding that usnamike1 and his family work hard at developing. A cleverly-designed chicken coop and luscious raised bed vegetable gardens attest to the attention and care that these hosts have to give. Thanks for having us to stay, and for making us feel so welcome at your home.
We had a great stay at Selah Alpaca Sanctuary. It is a beautiful property and the owners have obviously done a lot of work to make it that way. They were great to visit with and even gave us a tour of their gardens and introduced us to their animals. Highly recommended for a stop when you are in their area.
We chose Selah to stop and visit some friends on our way back from northern Idaho. Even though out host was gone on a fishing trip, he accepted our reservations and made sure his daughter took care of us and knew we were coming. The actual parking place for the rv was fabulous with water and electric hook up. Thanks Mike!! We wish we could have met you
Usnamike1 welcomed the four of us as if we were long lost friends. Very hospitable, offering us water, electric and a play area for our kids. They were happy to give us a tour of their incredible farm space and introduced us to their many wonderful chickens. Thanks for the great memory!
One of the nicest families you will ever encounter! We loved Seeing and feeding the alpacas and chickens!! We arrived in early July and was invited to celebrate Fourth of July 🇺🇸 with them with a Barbecue and great conversations. Our kids got along great with each other they had so much fun!
My rating for this stay is well over the top!!
When we are in this area again we will definitely stay here.
These Hosts are gracious, caring, and I/we cannot be more impressed with their warm loving Family. A working farm wherein everybody in the Family does their part. Loved the farm fresh eggs we were given and loved the interaction with good, solid, ethical people.
We look forward to planning another stay with our new Friends and their Family. Stay there and you will experience a slice of Heaven, here on Earth. An 11 on a 1-10 scale. Really mean it because they deserve that rating!!
We had a delightful first boondockers time enjoying the bests farm eggs in a beautiful area. The chilly morning and fresh dusting of snow on the foothills added to our adventure. Thanks M&M for your hospitality and sharing your homestead. Hope to return when the weather warms up :-).
Our experience at M & M’s home was fantastic. Their whole family was supportive and kind. Our daughter made a new friend with their granddaughter. The location for the home is outside the town, off of a very quiet country road. It was easy to maneuver my 30’ TT here.
My family was lucky enough to participate in feeding the alpacas, we will treasure the experience.
I’m sure we will meet the family again, and this time we can return the favor by supporting them. :)
Many thanks to our hosts . It was hot when we arrived and it was a great relief to have the aircon running. The property has a beautiful rural setting with expansive views.
We recently spent time with Selah Alpaca Sanctuary and our experience was amazing. Our host's hospitality was over the top. From repositioning their vehicles to accommodate our large RV to inviting us to have dinner with their family. They made us feel like old friends rather then just boondocker guest. Their house is positioned in a beautiful setting and we even got to feed the Alpacas. We hope our paths will cross again as they truly are wonderful people.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice peaceful location. We enjoyed meeting the alpacas.
Mike and Marianne, thank you for your hospitality.
Mike and his family made me feel very welcome at their beautiful home. Lots of animals were very entertaining, including 7 alpacas and 1 very chatty. The valley is lovely, and they are putting great care and imagination into their little farm. Robbie and I really appreciated recovery time from two unexpected days in the city. We are early risers and did not have the chance to talk more, but sincerely hope to stop with them again in the future. A lovely experience.
What a fun adventure staying with these folks. Very peaceful and restful stay.
Thank you for your hospitality and the yummy quail eggs.
Thank you Marianne & Mike for being such great hosts. We really enjoyed chatting with your wonderful family.
Mike and Marianne thanks for letting us stop by. We had a blast meeting your wonderful family and farm babies! Appreciate the hospitality. Hope to come by for another visit in the future. Mahalo!🌈🤗
