We have been truck camping for the past two years and we cannot see ourselves in a hotel room.
Any chance available, we take our truck camper to get away and explore new areas and return to our old time favorites.
Truck camping has allowed us to take our small dog with us who also enjoys the adventure!
We both work full time and cherish the time we are able to hop in our truck camper and go.
We have been fortunate to meet new people and have great conversations along the way.
Life is too short. When we complete one adventure, we immediately begin to plan the next.
Our pup happily travels with us. Willow is a 30 pound terrior/boxer mix. She is a kind, loving pup who loves to give kisses and only barks if something is wrong, otherwise Willow is quiet and you do not know she is around.

Our home is located in a town that has the highest mean altitude in Massachusetts with a mean elevation above 2,000 feet. Our climate is very different from our neighbors who are 2 miles down the hill from us. We are fortunate that our humble abode is in a remote and private area, but not far from the hustle and bustle of towns that surround us.

Due to the pandemic, we didn't get the opportunity to chat. Very respectful of the property.
Was surprised that State Parks and campgrounds weren’t open yet for the season and needed just one more night before arriving home after a month of traveling. Mark and Lori were able to host us with only a few hours notice. While chatting we discovered they’re close friends with a coworker! We hope to cross their path again.
Very friendly couple. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend.
We we’re looking for a safe way to get out of town and explore a new area. West with Willow responded quickly to our same day request. He said they were digging out from a foot of snow but there would be more than enough room for us! The property is lovely and a space under a big pine tree was nicely plowed out for us. Our host filled us in about a local cross country ski area and said he was available to answer any questions. Www offered us electric hook up, we passed but it was nice to know it was available should we need it. Hope to get back to Pondview post pandemic and get a chance to visit with our hosts! Great experience
We stayed at WestWithWillow in our 20 ft converted van. The home site is beautiful. We had a great time talking about travel with the hosts. We want to stay here again.
After accurate and helpful directions from our hosts (to guide a big rig on good roads), we arrived at a beautiful setting near a pond and back in the woods. Our hosts were very welcoming and kind. They allowed us to hook up to electricity and invited us to walk the grounds as we pleased. Site was quiet, private, and peaceful. We had a great view of the pond! Great hosts and place!!!
L&M are the nicest, sweetest people. Their property is tranquil and quite just what we needed as we continued our journey. Our son had a blast looking around their pond and my hubby enjoyed a relaxing afternoon just sitting there. We even had a picnic table to eat outside. I can’t thank you enough for letting us stay. The doughnuts are wonderful. I have been wanting to try some and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you again
The hosts greeted me as I pulled in their driveway. My host was concerned that I would need ac for the night and guided me into a site right beside their 30amp service. As it turned out, the ac was not necessary due to the elevation 2,500+ft. After arriving from the south with temps in the 80's & 90's at night it was a pure pleasure to get a great night's sleep with the windows open to the mountain air. Beautiful site with pond. While this site is a bit off the beaten path, it's well worth the trip. Especially if you were staying more than 1 day. One word of caution: because this site is well up on a mountain in the Berkshires, good brakes on trailer and tow vehicle are a must. Low gear and good brakes are needed on the way down.
Thank you for taking us in at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoy visiting with you both and hope that you will head for Maryland one day and stay with us, we would love to sit around and shoot the breeze until late at night again. Lots of fun, laughs and wonderful new friends.
WestWithWillow were SO friendly and fun to talk to! They gave us such a warm welcome and we had a great experience staying at their place! They are very accommodating! :)
