Retired traveler, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend.
Life is short and tomorrow is not promised, so I retired early to enjoy life. I started working young and worked 2 jobs most of my life. If I wait til I have enough money to retire I may not have enough life left in me to enjoy it. So Im not putting off to tomorrow what I can do today.
I have many skills, always willing to learn new ones. Ive learned to do for myself, so Im very independent. I have gotten good at parking my rig with no help.
I retired from law enforcement and I have a Masters Degree (so I can now read a map). As a first responder I became a trainer/educator and have taught hundreds AHA, CPR and First Aid. I was substitute teaching for a few years until I added RV Diva Danni to my life.
Now the two of us travel the lower 48 and hope to maybe go to Alaska one day soon?
I have a 4 legged companion who is my family traveling with me. Her name is Danni. Danni is a 4-5 lb. Morkie, (Maltese & Yorkie). Danni will be 3 years old in October 2019. She is very well behaved.
We share the same birthdate! Thats how I knew she was meant to be mine. She has become my best friend.
I enjoy boondocking in many places, Quartzsite Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, New Mexico, Texas, to list a few.
Home to us now is where we park it! Otherwise we stay with our family in the suburbs of Chicago, on the beaches of Ft Myers Florida, and in the mountains of Severville Tennessee. We hang our Cowgirl hats in all three.

She was a great guest and we enjoyed her company. Good conversations. We welcome her and Dani back anytime.
We are blessed to be part of this experience with Boondockerswelcome and RV Rebel is a perfect example of why this is so much fun. “Happy Trails to you until we meet again”. Inspiring.
All I can say is "when are ya coming back?" What a fun and respectful gal. She was extremely appreciative of our hosting situation and was very generous at the end of her stay by giving us a beautiful Derby cup and card. We loved hearing about her travels and learned about ways to follow her. She was able to come and go from the property with no problem to attend the Kentucky Derby. She respected our privacy but did join us at the dock for a fire and we shared a salad before she headed south. We are looking forward to her dropping by in the future.

RVrebelGirl stayed the weekend with us to attend the Kentucky Derby. Once she got here everything was smooth sailing. Parked her trailer just fine and unhooked. Very friendly and independent gal. She enjoyed our dock and outside shower. She took her little dog for walks. She was able to go and come to the Derby as she pleased. On her last day, we hated to see her go and hope she will stop back by again sometime.
She is the perfect guest and you will love hosting her. We highly recommend her to all.
Well Carolyn and Dani were a pure delight to have around. They are already being missed. Be safe on all your travels and we will catch up to you soon

Friendly and respectful of the property. Fun sharing stories, histories and adventures. Extended her stay and hated to see her go. Welcome back any time. With family.ily in the area know she will be back. Hope it's soon
Had an outstanding visit with RVRebel Girl, extended her stay. Great to catch up on who do you know...small world know a lot of the same people from the area. Her little 5 pound cutie Dani is an adorable dog and all our dogs got along just fine. Nice to have other long term returning Boondockers here at the same time. Great sharing and exchange of stories and information.
Welcome back any time.
Friendly, intelligent, sociable, appreciative....and besides all that, we had a good time.
Got surprised again at what a small world we live in. RVrebelGirl grew up in my home town, and now rides her bike on a bike trail I helped build in a different town many moons ago. Had a wonderful visit with her, and look forward to seeing her next time she passes through. Or possibly at Quartzite next year.
