Ed and Mary were wonderful guests. We enjoyed their stories when we visited with them. Everything left in good order, would welcome them back.
It was lovely to meet Ed and Mary I very much enjoyed the chat we had on the veranda. They are welcome anytime. Rosie and Duff Dachshund were very happy to have visitors
Enjoyed our conversations It is so wonderful to meet such nice folks that are enjoying the RV life style. Sharing their lives with us is like having a new family with each visit. Hope to visit your host site one day.

Loved having them. We had great conversations, toured our community. Lots of shopping with great deals. Hope to have them again someday.
Our host Ed welcomed us to his piece of paradise. We parked next to his pond surrounded by mature growth trees and a trail leading into the bush. Lots of birds and wild flowers. Great place to outgass and relax. Thanks again Ed.
If you looking for a camp site feel, then this is the place! Very private and Ed was very nice when he stopped by on his way to get some takeout food for him and his wife! Would stay again if we are ever in the area!
Wonderful and welcoming host! The spot was like your own private campsite and Ed even cut all the grass at the site and trails! There is a little traffic noise but it wasn't bothersome to us. I would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Ed and Mary for sharing your little gem!
Area is great for 30 ft class C. There is some road noise.
Our host met us at this location to make sure everything was good. He also said we could stay extra days if wanted. Unfortunately the road noise bothered my wife so we moved on. Nice level secluded location.
This was our first experience camping through BoondockersWelcome and we are so glad we found Beaver Pond. The site was spacious for our 26ft travel trailer and it was so private. Ed came to greet us shortly after we arrived as we were setting up. He was such a nice fellow to chat with and I suspect he has some great stories to share. We have a large dog and were assured he was more than welcome to join us. Be forewarned that if your dog likes water, you should plan to bathe it when you return home. There’s so many great places to hike and pick up the Bruce trail. Nice drives to be had through the Grey Highlands and easy to visit towns along Georgian Bay too. There is some road noise but the space is entirely forested in and it was easy to tune out. We spent lots of time with our chairs pond side and did not find bugs/mosquitos to be a nuisance. Like any camping, you will need bug spray at the campfire and definitely if you’re hiking trails. I highly recommend a stay here!
Such a gear spot, private and a great view of the pond and the surroundings. The owner stopped by to check on us and was very gracious and welcoming. This spot will definitely be on our return visit list!
Wow what a beautiful spot, I couldn’t design a nicer campsite with a great view. Totally private with only one entrance and the traffic on the road beside can barely be heard or seen.
The owner came out to see that we got in no problem. Super nice guy. Nicest lot for camp feel I’ve stayed on so far. We will be back. Thanks
Another great stay at the Beaver Pond. The owner stopped by for a few minutes to introduce himself which was nice. We nicked super last minute and the owners were quick to respond to our request. Nice getaway!
We enjoyed the privacy of this large secluded spot. Nice and level too !
Frendly obliging hosts with a level secluded camping spot.
Thank you Ed and Mary.

Clean spot with small pond. Grass was cut and everything was in order. The hosts were very response to any inquiries. There is traffic noise, but it didn’t disturb our stay. Great time away off the grid!
The host provides a large very well kept open field which is so nice I’d call it more like a well kept yard ! There’s tall trees providing plenty of privacy and a pond to sit beside as you rest. The friendly host came by to see that we were settled in ok and gave us a little history of how this site came to be. Interesting to hear about.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, natural, spacious place to stop in , this host has the perfect spot for you.
the grass was cut and it was a nice flat lot with a beaver pond at the back,,, lots of room to park and turn around, thanks a million for cutting the grass, made a big difference. We had a great night, lots of stars,
