Very nice couple with a well behaved dog. Welcome back anytime. Even helped me dig a trench for some pipe. We enjoyed their company and they were great guest.
Vistair Pl End of Rd was an awesome 2 day stay. The host greeted us with a gift of muffins, a dust free site and electrical service. Caught up on some cleaning after the forest fires and residue of points west. Visited the local museum and river in nearby town center. Nice stay where our small dogs could run and roam.
Such a warm welcome and friendly hosts. They gifted us some fresh fruit and veggies upon arrival and some homemade canned goods the next day!!
The space was quite level (after some back and forth to find the “right” spot), quiet and comfortable! The 30 amp hookup and water were much appreciated, especially since the weather was quite warm (hot).
I recommend the Red Chair Lavender Farm for a field trip while your here, about 55 minutes away and not far from Nampa (if you need to do any shopping). Also, if you have a dog, the Nampa dog park on Second street is AMAZING!! Very large large breed area, including a separate area with a pond and creek for the dog’s roof play in. There is also a small dog area.
Payette has a Car Wash with a self service dog wash which was nice after our pup played in the dog park!
Something for everyone!!!
Definitely stay here if in the area, you won’t want to miss this one!!
Both my hosts welcomed me and helped me get settled. Spacious area for camper and TV. Water and electric hookups! Needed AC because of the humidity and was grateful for electricity. Ejane brought me gifts of local fruit, homemade cookies and even tomatoes from her garden! It was great to chat with them and they were respectful of my privacy. Altogether these were the best hosts I’ve had. Blessings to them.
Great, accommodating hosts that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a treat to meet with the hosts and other RVers and gain some of their knowledge and experience. Also, the gorgeous views of the mountains morning and night were stunning. It was a bonus to learn about the Habitat for Humanity road trips and projects that many RVers participate in around the country.
We just stayed for one night, but the hosts here are super friendly and kind! We were even brought some cookies, muffins, and a dog treat for our pup! The site they have was perfect for us, nice and level, and electric and water hookups. We highly recommend staying here if you are passing through the area.
We were met by Jane, Larry, and their cute dog. They are ideal hosts. Nice level drive, quiet and sun rises over the old cemetery the plot faces. We watched owls hunt while we ate our dinner.
Lovely people, wonderful level spot to park, hookups available and easy walking nearby. Lovely safe area!
This was our first boondockers welcome experience. We were extremely pleased with our host and the whole experience! It was so nice to feel welcomed, talk with like minded travelers and feel safe and secure. Thank you for your hospitality!!
Alittle tricky to park trailer as you enter the property but the host provided walkie-talkies and we had no issue. Served me warm, delicious banana bread my first nite. Very secure area, paved pad and 30amp power. Perfect location to visit beaches from Lincoln City to Newport
Great people, quiet neighborhood and electricity!
From the moment we contacted these wonderful hosts about a stay at their place, we have received a warm welcome.
The parking spot is on a level concrete pad next to a 30 amp connection. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and it was the perfect spot to continue our search for a landing spot after selling our home.
Thank you so much for such a friendly welcome!
Larry and Jane are amazing hosts. We messaged them the day before Thanksgiving as we were trying to find something close to our family we were visiting. They have a really nice setup with a concrete pad and a 30 amp power supply! Thank you thank you! We are so grateful for you!
If you're in the area and have the pleasure of staying with these folks, you're lucky. She was so sweet and accommodating! And they have the cutest dog who loves to play :)
Beautiful yard and a concrete pad. They were welcoming and gracious meeting our needs. Would definataly stay there again. 4 stars!
This was our first boondocking experience and we are so happy that we have joined this group. We had an electric hook up and with the hot weather, this was so appreciated. Ejane's place is lovely and quiet and we were able to get some much needed rest. We had fun meeting and talking with this great couple. The cucumbers and tomatos from her garden were such a bonus and tasted wonderful! Hope to be back this way and we would definitely love to stay here again.
