Do you know or have you hosted this user?

WWF, 62yo, FTer since 12/17. Travel with my Australian Healer mix. Main base is 2+ acres N of Phoenix Arizona. Planning to travel Spring & Summer months to avoid the Phoenix heat. Conservative Christian, non-smoker, non-drinker. Widowed in 2015, had a wonderful marriage & miss the companionship. I would love to marry again to someone compatible. I like mild hiking & exploring & 4WD trips. I prefer outside more than inside. I enjoy attending Celtic events but as a rule I usually avoid crowds & groups. I'm more hermit than social.

Skills & Expertise to Share

Retired RN so I have some medical knowledge.

HelenB's Pets

One elderly spade Australian Healer mix travels with me most the time.

Favorite Boondocking Locations

New to RV travel. So far I have enjoyed boondocking on different family members farms/ fields.

I had a fantastic experience in New Boston, TX at the Candy Cane Corral through Boondockers Welcome. The hosts Perry & Ginny were wonderful, friendly & so caring. More than I ever expected!

HelenB's Hometown

In 2017 I bought a couple acres just North of Phoenix, AZ. My adult son & his friends share the property with me.

Candy Cane Corral now had the honor of a courting courtyard!

We met this great talented lady when she came to meet (face-to-face) for the first time one of our Boondockers Welcome guests after corresponding with him for a few months. We enjoyed both of them and even their two dogs got along just great! It was so interesting to get acquainted and we look forward to return visits. We wish them well as they journey on together.
