We didn't get to meet in person, but hosting Trek was easy despite a slight mix-up on the arrival date. They were considerate of the other boondocker staying at the campsite and even checked out the Temple of the Universe with her.
enjoyed the time talking and visiting with them, welcome back anytimeeeee
enjoyed the time we spent together, very interesting and friendly couple wish them well on their journeys, welcome back anytime
We feel very lucky to have been able to stay at the White House and explore the area.
The house and yard were beautiful and very quiet and comfortable. The hosts greeted us our first night with a cozy fire. Our children immediately took to them, and have already asked to go back. It was a wonderful experience, and we hope to host them someday in the future.
Wonderful overnight with such convivial hosts. Treated me like family. Quaint in-town location with water, 30A electric and even a tank dump receptacle. Pinnacle of the visit was sharing a glass of wine around the fire pit exchanging stories of past travel adventures. Best Boondockers Welcome experience to date. Thanks and well done!
We really appreciated being able to stay the night and use the facilities. Quiet and convenient to Virginia Beach. Our host was easy to work with and we very much thank them!
We were warmly welcomed and our hosts are great people. They helped us get sorted in our new-to-us RV. We couldn't have asked for more. Love you guys!!
We stopped here on our way down from DC and after visiting historic Jamestowne..
We were greeted by our host who was most welcoming and provided us with full hookups which was great!
Didn’t get to spend much time with our hosts but they seemed to be a lovely couple.
Would recommend and stay again if in the area.
What a great set up the hosts have for boondockers. Such lovely people too. Really appreciated the coffee and all the tips.
This couple are really fun to talk with and are dog friendly. They made us feel welcome and at ease. We enjoyed stories of their travels. The yard is lovely as is the area where they’re located. They gave us great ideas for our travels. We definitely recommend this place as a good place to stay. We stayed one night.
We loved this place. Next to a nice garden with full hookups! Hosts were very accommodating, and we enjoyed a safe, quiet night.
Our stay at Trek's was tranquil and relaxing just what we needed after a long day of driving. He was very helpful and accommodating.
I did stay at the Whitehouse on May 26, as planned.
Roy met me at the street when I arrived & guided me into his Guest space.
Unfortunately I missed his wife who was out of town.
Roy talked me into connecting to his shore power & water.
Also I drained my waste tanks into his sewer connection.
Roy was very friendly & a gracious host.
Because his wife was out of town, us bachelors went to a very nice restaurant located in his town along the bay where we saw several large ocean cargo ships go by.
We both enjoyed a nice meal & good conversation.
A sinsere thank you goes out to the Trek's for being excellent hosts.
My family and I really appreciated the hospitality you shared. Everything was top notch and the recommendations for local entertainment were perfect. Thanks so much!
After a long day of driving we were welcomed with open arms and a much needed cup of tea. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and we would definitely stay here again
