We are a family of four that enjoy finding new adventures in our Born Free motor coach. We enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and exploring new places. When we travel we tend to fill our days with lots of activities... and are often most comfortable dry camping with no hook ups and we very quiet guests at night.
Photography, light handyman, experience updating and fixing things on our Born Free, love to talk about the things I am passionate about.
We have two small dogs (10 lbs each), but they do not often travel with us because we have many other animals at home (chickens, Parrot, rabbits, and fish) and often need a house sitter for our longer trips. We love animals.
Public lands out west! In the summer of 2016 we did 5 weeks traveling 10,000 miles coast to coast. Our favorite locations are public lands... just outside National Parks. We also appreciate having the ability to crash in Walmart parking lots as we travel the US. In 2018 we spent 2 weeks in Nova Scotia and were delighted to find many wonderful places to boondock - most of which were right on the water. In 2019 we spent 2 weeks in Newfoundland and boondocked the whole time - it was amazing!
We have a 2003 Born Free 24RB - a 24 foot C Class motorhome built on a Ford E450 Super Duty. Total length is about 24 feet. We are fully self contained.
Vt Born Free and his family were the perfect guest very respectful and quite. He also did a perfect job backing into a parking space at night. Would have enjoyed talking with them more but due to time and the virus it was not possible.
Kevin and all of is family are very nice & friendly boondockers to have as guest. Would received them anytime again. They were the first to come to our place and it was a very good experience.
