We are from Minnesota and Wisconsin but are now living in Southern Oklahoma. We recently got out of the horse business and only have 3 mares and a small herd of cattle left so it's much easier for us to get away and see the US but we have no desire to stay in a campground. We bought the pop up truck camper last year so that we can see the sights and not have to get a motel every night. If we are not visiting family or friends we are usually in a different spot every night but hate the lights and noise at Walmart. We are hoping to avoid Walmart's and maybe make some new friends with Boondockers!
We both grew up on a farm so are pretty good at figuring out how to get things done and not afraid of getting our hands dirty. Between us we have way too much experience in raising, training and showing everything from horses, cattle and dogs to classic cars.
We have 2 Parson Russell Terriers that we show and travel with sometimes.
Anywhere Dark & Quiet where we don't need to run the heat or ac!

Our visit was short but very nice. I enjoyed talking with, and getting to know this couple a little. Hopefully, next time they will be able to stay a bit longer. They are most definitely invited back any time. They didn't have their dogs with them this trip but I'll welcome the 4 legged guests too. Once again, I have made some new friends thanks to BW.
Chris and Dale, came in late 1st evening and left early morning for family functions. They stayed 2nd night and continued home next morning, we did chat a little. Maybe if out this way we can get together again. I hope they enjoyed their stay and will come back.
PS they were very generous for what little we provided.
Chris was a friendly and helpful host. The spot was secluded and safe. I had the best night sleep so far on my journey, surroundedby peaceful countryside. Property is near a nice state park with water access.
Would definitely stay again if I'm ever back this way!
