Travelin through

We hosted D and K as for one night as they traveled through our area. We had a couple of chanced to visit with them and enjoyed hearing about their travels and our common interest in pickleball. Quiet, friendly and appreciative guests. Hope to see them again sometime.

The best ever 1st BW experience!

Boondockers Welcome hosts D and K “ knocked our socks off!” What a warm welcome for our first BW experience.Fantastic, beautiful lawns and gardens. Our English Cockers ran all over the huge fenced yard. The landscaping was stunning and the view was lovely. There were cyclamen everywhere like a carpet from a florist. We went to sleep hearing Canada geese down by the lake mand woke to a Bald Eagle fly by! Hosts went way sbove and beyond— even got us Canadian $ and scones!!!! D knows more about RVs than we do and pointed out a tire issue//thank you, D! I wish this site allowed us to leave pictures. We got a great send off on our Canadian odyssey.

New friends!

A wonderful spot, tucked away and beautiful. Our dogs were in doggie bliss checking out the fish pond and we had a wonderful evening chatting around the fire (got some good information about RV ladders and of all things, accordians!)
Thanks from L and K

Watch out here, they spoil you!

And you want to go back, for sure. What a nice lake-view property to get some rest after a busy day on the road. And the hosts, K. and D. were so inviting and great to talk to as they seem to have so much in common with our life, boating and camping experiences.
Our dog was cuddled to pieces and when she was curious about what was going on in the large electric wire-protected fish pond, D. went as far as turning the power off so she would not get the shock of her life.
We surely recommend this stay as it is easy to find, and particularly if you like to find out more about the area as K. has all the brochures and magazines to find something of your liking.

Welcoming and beautiful place

Don and Kelly are great hosts. Right from the start they have been very hospitable and helpful. We had no problem fitting our class a on their driveway. We were welcome to use the very well maintained and pretty garden with cozy chairs and table for us to use. They have been so very helpful, generous and warmhearted to us. I wish every stay would be like this. We hope to see them again soon.
