Semi-retired commercial real estate agent, and retired admin asst. looking to see as much of this great country as we can. Limited travel in the fall as I am a Florida Gators season ticket holder for almost 40 years and have missed only 4 home games during that time. We do travel to some away games when we can.
JAck of all trades but master of none. You may prefer a professional's help. Always available to give an opinion.
Just getting into boondocking, although we have stayed in a Walmart parking lot a few times.
2005 Forest River MB Cruiser on Mercedes Sprinter Chassis, no slide outs. I have a toad but will not be using it for my cross country trip. The attached photo was taken before the repaint job just completed March 20, 2018, now all white except ground effects and midline stripe, both grey.
Very nice quiet and friendly folks from Florida. We seem to agree on political issues, didn’t get to talk too much as they needed to move on.
Recommended guests anytime.
Nice Folks came in a day early [getting ahead of the weather]. Good communication on the change of plans. Had a lot of exciting stories of their travels. Pleasant visit afternoon/evening ~ Left a little after 7am Sunday. Wish we had had more time to visit.
Welcome back to "Charlie's Hideaway" anytime.
We had a chance to talks a bit and enjoyed to talk.....Courteous guests and would welcome them back any time.
Bill and Betty were wonderful guests and are welcome to come stay with us any time! Happy Travels guys!
Very friendly....(all us southern folks are). The fact that they are on the last legs of a 4 week boondocking trip is simply awesome. One day I'll be able to do that. Check out my youtube channel: PREJEAN OFF GRID BOONDOCKING.
It was a short and easy stay but we enjoyed our time with bbill66. They were on the road in a flash just a one night stay but they were gracious enough to introduce us to Margarita Wine, which is now on my Costco buying list. We wish you safe and happy trails back to Florida. GO GATORS!!!!!!!!
Their stay was short but nice. Very pleasant folks. bbill and I made some smoke and booms first thing Wed AM to celebrate the 4th before they left.
They were great guests! We enjoyed a fun chat over happy hour, exchanging travel and life stories.
We would gladly welcome them back again.
It was really nice having bbill66 stay over night in our "private campground"! We enjoyed their company during the evening and shared some of my wife's carrot cake she bakes for our guests. I hope they can visit us again sometime, they were wonderful guests!
Bill and Betty were a pleasure to have as guest. They were only here for a day, but it seems like we've been friends forever. This was their second BDW stay, but it's is their second month long excursion, so they are no problem to host.
We had dinner together and talked all night. They told us about places to visit on our future excursions and swapped stories about family. We hope to see them again sometime!
