I am retired from the USAF and as well as SSI. Enjoy being retired, fishing, camping, and pretty much whatever I want to do, when I want to do it, as long as the better half says it's okay. I am married to a great woman who shares my life and takes good care of me.
As I stated earlier I am retired, though from a couple of careers. I am an experienced HVAC/R technician as well as a home appliance repair tech. I consider myself a multi experienced handyman.
We have a four 4-legged family members: German Shepherd - King, German Shepherd - Maggie, a Chorkie - Max, and finally a Chiweenie - Layla whom all travel with us when camping. They are all friendly dogs, King may scare you as he can be quite vocal when you are first introduced, but he is a gentle giant. Our dogs are always on leash outside of the camper and we always immediately pick up after them.
Anyplace that welcomes us without judgement.
We live in Dover, Delaware about 20 minutes from the DAFB , 13 minutes from Dover Mall and Dover Downs Casino and track, 1 hour from the beaches.

We hosted Jerry and Editha for one night as they reached about the mid-point of their cross country move to Oregon. We enjoyed an evening of friendly get acquainted conversation and my wife enjoyed accompanying Editha as she walked her dogs. If chance ever brings them our way again, we would be happy to host them.
J&E and the puppers were here so briefly, it was like they'd never stayed! Very polite and self-sufficient, we were very glad to host them for the night. Hope they consider staying again. We were glad to have them.
It was great to see Jerry and family pull in and swing right into their space.
We’re glad they had an enjoyable time and look forward to hosting them (and their four dogs!) anytime their travels take them South.
We were very happy to host Jerry and his wife along with their two dogs. They were happy to get off the road for a few hours and stretch their legs a bit and it was nice to spend a bit of time talking with them. I think their pets enjoyed the large space to stretch their legs as well.
I would happily host them on their way back North.
PS. Thank you for the beer!
Jerry and his wife were great hosts. We were very comfortable staying in their driveway during the week. Nice and relatively quiet location. They are good, kind, and easygoing people and it was truly a pleasure staying with them. We'll keep in touch. Thanks so much! :-)
