We are a full time traveling family. There are 4 of us during most of the year, and 5 during the summer.
You can check out our adventures on our Facebook page "As Long As Its Fun" or @LongAsItsFun
I have a 70 pound dog. She is trained to do several different things. As this is public information, I don't want to get too detailed. Please message me if you have any questions about her or concerns about accepting our request because of her.
We have a F-250 single axle, crew cab truck. Our home is a Forest River Salem travel trailer. It is 35' long from hitch to bumper. It is 11' 2" tall. We have two slides on the driver side. We don't need them to be fully extended to move about inside, but we do to be able to extend them out about 8 inches.
We were able to communicate and coordinate the stay efficiently. Very cooperative and responsive which made this effortless. We did not get the chance to meet in person, but based on my interaction via the telephone, I would welcome back any time.
These guys were an absolute blast to have visit. They were absolutely no hassle - dog ncluded. We looked at the old cars, had a bonfire including roasting marshmallows, and the kids were amazed by the train going past in the front yard.
They are always welcome at our house!
Very fun family . The kids are very well behaved and enjoyed a place to run around. Mike and Diana were very fun to talk to and we enjoyed sharing travel stories with them. Their dog Daisy was also well behaved even if she doesn’t like big owls. Would welcome them back anytime. We wish them safe travels and hope them on the road someday.
very interesting and fun people , enjoyed meeting them, welcome back anytime
AsLongAsItsFun family stayed with us for one night. They were a delight to meet. They were polite and thoughtful, trying to make sure they were not an inconvenience for us. We had a great time visiting and getting to know each other. I would recommend them to other hosts. They are certainly welcome to stay with us again.
