Trying to enjoy this beautiful country as I did when I was young. Parents had a pop-up trailer and a wood paneled station wagon. I have a conversion van.
was a Girl Scout Leader for many years so I have a number of skills from outdoor cooking to juggling 25 scouts at a time.
Yes but not traveling with me. I have two dogs and like animals.
where ever the weather is good and the sky is clear
Yorba Linda, CA land of Nixon!
I have a 1996 dodge conversion van- self contained, I use a camp stove from time to time. I have a tow hitch but have nothing to tow as of now. I use a solar generator = no noise or fumes. I can charge generator off regular 3 prong electric outlet but not necessary.
We really enjoyed hosting Tracy and her daughter. They are quite the road warriors as they explore our beautiful country. We had the opportunity to talk about the places we have been and some of the websites that help us when we are in an area where there are no BDW members, like a old abandoned missile silo that is so close to where we live we didn’t even know about it. Tracy and her daughter are people who make you happy to be a member of BDW. I really liked her RV, she is so creative in customizing and I was able to get some new ideas that I plan to incorporate into are Class A. We hope to see them when they travel back and we enthusiastically encourage fellow hosts to invite them to be their guests, you will be richer for the experience. Safe Travels!!!
My husband and I were happy to host the member and her daughter and I enjoyed talking with them when they arrived. Would highly recommend!
Tracy and her daughter were really easy guests to host. They communicated well via text about their arrival and were super friendly when they arrived. They stayed for two days and I barely knew they were there. They used my electricity to plug in and gave me a donation for it. I highly recommend them as guests!
