This hotel is a comfortable, not posh, but just fine place. The rooms are for longer stays.

Country living

This was a great rural spot. Felt like being in a park. Open space. Very welcoming.

Lovely Lady

She reponded quickly and was extremely gracious. She has a very nice place My wife and I both are recovering from a bad cold and didn't want to infect anyone so we tried not to socialize but would love to stay here again and have time return her graciousness

Off the beaten path

A bit of a drive out of Savannah, but a quiet spot in the country. Worth the trip. Susan was a welcoming host, and we would stay again if we're in the area.

An amazing place and person

We had the best Boondockers Welcome experience so far with!!!! She was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed a short drive over to Savannah for a night and spent the rest of the time at her property in Pembroke. She is the dream host so If you are in the area I would definitely suggest stopping by!

Easy Parking and Great Company near Savanah

The parking was easy: a wide open field. Easy to get to park by electrical and water hookups. Savannah and Tybee island were both easy drives.

The host is a great company- interesting life experiences and up on current events. She has a good sense of humor. Very gracious host. She can give you tips about where to go and what to see in the area. This was an excellent boondocking location! Hoping to see her on the road!

A one night Stay in a very peaceful and pleasant location. We appreciated the rest from the highway! Our host Susan, generously accepted a short notice request to stay at her home. We unfortunately did not get to meet her because she had evening plans and we left early the next morning. We did have a phone conversation with her where she told us all the details we needed to know. We appreciated the stay so much!!

Nice stopover and nicer host

We stayed one night at eliacres and we can highly recommend this quiet, secure site. The host is amazing and gave us lots of advice on our trip including her personal experiences with the lovely springs that are located in Florida. She’s done a lot of traveling and living in exotic places and is a very interesting person. We clicked immediately and had lots to talk about. This is a good place to stay while exploring Savannah. We spent the day in the city then jumped on the highway and were out in the country in no time at all. Hope to see you again soon! XO Colleen and Werner

Can't wait to come back

Had a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to visiting again later this year!

Green, green grass

We had a wonderful quiet night at Susan’s beautiful site. We were welcomed by phone since our host was in Savannah. We parked next to the white building where we had water and electric. We met up next morning for a rushed hello/goodbye. We would definitely come back if in this area. Thank you Susan.

Fabulous Host and Beautiful Country Property

We have enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is not an understatement to say that our host has become a friend and like family to us in the short time we've known her. She has been so generous with her time and property - not to mention being a great cook. She is great company and has a wealth of stories from her travels around the world, and Savannah, as she was raised locally. We were happy to help her out with her garden and on her RV. She also has lots of good ideas and insights about RV life. The location is worth the trek to sleepy Pembroke, with several acres of land and deer sightings in the mornings and afternoons. There are many mosquitoes and other bugs and lizards (August), but nothing too severe. This Boondockers Welcome visit will be hard to beat and we will definitely be back!

Great stay!

We stayed at Eliacres for two nights. The spot is 30 minutes from beautiful Savannah and 1 hour from the beaches of Tybee. The nicest thing about this spot is the host. Susan is so welcoming and nice. What an interesting woman! She invited us for an Indian dinner where we shared good wines and stories. We hope she come back to Montreal and visit us. Highly recommend this spot!
