We recently just started the RV life and we are incredibly excited to be on this journey. Eventually, we want to see every state we can drive to! However for our first few months we will be staying close to what's familiar in California/Oregon areas and perhaps a few surrounding states.
We love to meet knew people and would enjoy socializing with our hosts, athough that would not be a requirement for us in our stay. We look forward to meeting you and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to boondock at your location! Here's to new adventures!
We are in the process of setting up our trailer to be self sustaining. The first project within that was the solar. We are happy to share how we did it ourselves and what projects we plan to do in the future to add to our ability to boondock for extended periods of time.
We have a small cattle dog mix. She's real smart and well-behaved. We have an Instagram for her @littlelicks_alot if you would like to see pictures of her.
We also have a cat. She's really timid and rarely leaves our trailer. Most people don't even know she's there until we tell them.
At this point in our adventure, BLM land has been our favorite boondocking spot. We are just starting out and I'm sure we'll find more along our travels!
We don't currently have a home address, but we have lots of family in central California where we stop to take a break sometimes.
Our trailer is a 21ft. Trailsport travel trailer that is off white in color. The trailer sits on two axels and weighs approx 3500lbs. We have a white Dodge 2500 tow vehicle. The trailer is named tumbleweed and the truck is named windy, together it's the windy tumbleweed. Our trailer is fully equipped with solar and we do not have any need for electrical hook ups. Thank you.
