We are a childless couple with 2 dogs. Our home is just minutes away from Big Cottonwood Canyon & Little Cottonwood Canyon, home to 4 world famous ski resorts. Our driveway can handle up to a 30' RV with parking available for your tow vehicle or toad.
We can share our boondocking experiences in Northern & Central Utah as well as knowledge of off road trails that we ride our SxS on.
We have 2 older well mannered dogs. One 13 year old Pomeranian & one 10 year old Labrador.

Nice quiet boondock location close to mountain ski resorts and city. Macky and Trish were pleasant hosts who made us feel very welcome. We took their suggestion of a trip up to Guardsmans Pass, Park City and the Olympic Park.....great experience.
We stayed 2 nights with Macky and T, while visiting SLC.
Macky welcomed us upon arrival, although they were hosting guests for dinner.
Offered us, in addition to water and electricity, his recommendation about boondocking up the mountains.
This couple were terrific hosts. We found the neighbourhood to be very quiet. The "landing zone" was exceptional. We hope to see them on the road as they move toward their goals.
I’m very appreciative of these folks! They have lots of experience with travel trailers and were very willing to give pointers as this was my first major trip! I would definitely come back when in SLC! ❤️
We loved visiting SLC! Trish and Macky were wonderful hosts and our pup even got to run around with a new friend which is also a bonus. We had a meal together in their house and we felt very much at home. We had to extend our stay due to high winds and they were gracious enough to make us feel very welcome. We hope to meet them on the road one day soon.
We had such a nice time in Salt Lake City with our hosts Macky and Trish. This was our first time using Boondockers Welcome, and we couldn't have had a better experience! Their home is very central to the mountains/outdoor recreation (great for us!) and the city of Salt Lake. They were extremely accommodating, and made us feel right at home! Their driveway had more than enough space for our 24 ft rig and tow vehicle (separated), and it was out of the way in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed meeting Macky and Trish (and their 2 adorable dogs!) and sharing stories of RVing- they have a wealth of knowledge of Utah, and amazing places to visit and camp.
