After graduating from college, We decided that we wanted to create a life for ourselves on the road while doing what we're most passionate about: traveling. We work online and do migrant labor to keep ourselves exploring. We also love playing music, hiking, surfing, yoga, and meeting new people from all walks of life.

Skills & Expertise to Share

Both of us love playing music/singing, digital marketing, woodworking and carpentry, international travel, design, horticulture and cultivation, photography, freelance writing and editing

We have a dog named Snoop. He's an 85lb pitbull, but please don't let that scare you. He's 10 years old, has the face and soul of an angel, and the speed of a tortoise. He's the most well-behaved guest and as a registered ESA, he even flies with me in-cabin on planes. He's such a good dog and he melts peoples' hearts almost instantly..even those who believe the nasty stereotypes about his breed.

Favorite Boondocking Locations

Joshua Tree, CA; Camp Verde, AZ; Badlands, SD; Meyers Flat, CA

alwaystheroad's Hometown

Our families are from Wisconsin. My family is mostly on the East coast now, but Pete's family is near Madison, WI and that's where we go back to when taking short breaks from the road.

Our rig is a 2006 Dodge Sprinter van with a 170" wheelbase that we converted into a mobile home. We don't have an awning or anything fancy that will take up extra space.
