I am single and retired. I travel either alone or with friends (including my boyfriend). I am fairly new to RV'ing and love the freedom it gives you. I love to travel and meet new people and see new things and enjoy learning about local culture.
I am a good cook, and love to read. I was a police officer for 32 years so have some experience with Canadian law if you have any questions. My second career is in real estate and I love it. I’ve had 6 different motor homes and each was unique and taught me something.
Locally on the top of the hill overlooking a friends farm and watching both the sunset and sunrise. Over the last three years myself and my boyfriend have started wintering in the southern US. I’ve been to Florida many times, southern Texas and Arizona. The only spots in the US we haven’t travelled to is the north west. We found many lovely Boondocking spots on route and have camped many times on BLM land.
We’ve downsized! We have a 20 foot class B and a 27 foot class C. So we can’t decide which one to use when, but we will decide prior to booking our stay! 😊. Neither have slides and both are 30 amp.
Great couple. They are welcome back to visit me anytime. A really nice couple you hardlly know they are there.
As I turned the corner, Lynda was waving me down to her site. A much appreciated gesture. Beautiful, sheltered parking. Must come again.
We spent a couple of nights at Lindas place. Nice level spot for the RV.Electric was offered at a fee. Beautiful spot on the river. Linda had lots of information about the area.
Lynda hosted us during our trip to Ottawa. Our interaction was virtual, but her hospitality poured through. Her place is very tranquil and scenic. She will always be welcome to stay at our place.
Lynda on the River provided a great experience for our first time as boondockers. Her friendly personality and vast knowledge of Ottawa and surrounding areas, added much to our enjoyment. We would be so pleased to have her visit us in Alberta.
