I have been fully retired for two years and enjoying the "Golden Years", where every day is Saturday. My wife plans to work until June 2019. We have been married 40 years. She enjoys card making and stamping with friends. We like to travel, especially cruises to Alaska and trips to the Oregon Coast. Recently, we purchased a pickup and camper. She is more of a "motel camper" though. I enjoy the outdoors, especially, fishing, hiking and camping. There are always various projects around the house. Through the years, I have been fortunate to be a part of short-term mission trips to Brazil, Guatemala and the Philippines.
I am knowledgeable of non-profit organizations and serving as secretary. I like to repurpose wood and metal. My latest venture is making bullet jewelry. Through out the year, I make peanut butter chocolate rocky road to give as gifts.
Our family includes Taffy, a Sheltie and Waldo, a Pomeranian/Border Terrier mix. Our furry friends will not be travelling with us.
