My wife and I have been hosting people from all around the world in our home since 2013 on Homeaway.com. We have been using our trailer for a few years now and look forward to welcoming RVers to our home also. You will find that we are active cyclists, hikers and gardeners. We are now both retired and travel a lot also so hopefully we will be home when you want to come. We have a paved driveway at the front of our house that is 45' long and 11' wide for you to use. There is 15 amp hook up and also water if you need it. We would love to have you join us for hikes, bike rides or just sitting on our porch for a glass of wine. Our place is one block from the GO train station to Toronto. So leave your car or truck and RV and hop on the train or bus into Toronto. Our little Town of Georgetown is also very nice to explore, and we are within minutes of the famous Bruce Trail. 3 days stay maximum to let others enjoy also.
Pretty well can help you with most stuff and tools. Cycling and Hiking experience.
Georgetown, Halton Hills, Ontario
2019 Mt McKinley 20' travel trailer with no bump outs, our own kitchen and toilet. We are towing with a Ford Explorer.
It was a pleasure to meet this sweet family who were ideal guests here on the farm. They were exploring the area everyday and we were busy as well, so there was little time to visit with them. We wish them safe travels!
Even if we didn't had not much time to exchange , it's been a pleasure to meet this nice family.
Come back any time !
It was our first experience with guest coming to our little campground. The couple were the best telling us all about they adventures and future plans. Wish it could have been a longer visit they were just wonderful people. I hope to see them again
Very pleasant and lively couple. We enjoyed hosting them and we hope they will return soon. Would have liked them to stay longer.
Great couple who are enjoying life traveling together. We totally enjoyed our morning chats with them on our porch as they planned out there day while they visited us. Hope to see them again some day as we hit the road in our adventures!
Very nice people; hardly knew they were there. Welcome back anytime!
Our guests happen to show up during a downpour of rain so we didn’t really get to hang out. They were very polite and quiet. Hope they can visit again soon.
It was with regret that we weren't able to be home and meet Bikerider. Perhaps on your way back? Thank you for leaving everything so neat and tidy.
Allen and MaryLynn where hard at work gardening , but took time to welcome and help with setup.

We had a 3 night boondock at Yellow House, and it was the most perfect stay!
The hosts were wonderful, even after just completing a 100k bike ride, they were charming and friendly!
The space to boondock is excellent, hosts again super helpful as we're relatively new to rv life, they gave us some great tips for long term rv living.
The GO train into Toronto is super close, we ended up going along with our hosts guest who is staying with them, and their guests are lovely too!
If we ever come back to this side of Canada we will definitely come by. They made us feel like family.
Don't miss this opportunity to visit a lovely place, and meet some truly wonderful hosts who go above and beyond for their guests!
Calm & nice neighborhood.
Beautiful property, enjoyable front porch.
Host were not there, but the directions were very clear and communication easy. I met their son when i arrived, who confirmed everything was fine.
I recommend :-)
The house and gardens were beautiful. Has wine on the porch. Only a 10 minute walk to downtown where they had a fantastic farmers market going on on Saturday. Look forward to returning for music and food in downtown georgetown.
We were allowed to stay at this wonderful place despite the fact that the host was on holliday himself. His son took care of us and helped us settle. This location was especially handy for us because it was close to the drop-off place of our rental RV. For people who want to visit downtown Toronto it might also be handy since the host lives within walking distance of Georgetown train station. We did however not check how often trains rides between Georgetown and Toronto.
