We have celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary this year so obviously we aren't travelling as much or as far as we once have done but we still enjoy RVing, just do it a little closer to home than we used to do.
The space we have available is on the city road in front of our old house located on a quite cul-de-sac in a very pictureseque little city of 120,000 nice people. Check it out at www.kelowna.ca/.
We have a reasonalbly good BBQ set up if you are a good cook (I'm not) and we do enjoy eating out occasionally so we can recommend a few eating establishmnets if you are so inclined.
Normally overnite dry camping stays (possibly two) are the maximum we could be allowed to have visitors, there would be space for up to about 35 ', depending on the RV type, let us know first.
Did have automobile/motorhome mechanical skills years ago but todays vehicles have surpassed anything I ever used to know but I do know where to go for servicing!
Very good knowledge of the south central area of British Columbia, Canada. We love the Okanagan Valley and it's 80 mile long lake as well as the Kootenays with it's lakes and can recommend some of the most scenic & beautiful areas in Canada. When gainfully employed I was a member of the Chamber of Commerce so do have knowledge of our area. Rotary Club was also a large part of my interests while I was working and also enjoyed the contacts I met while travelling.
Golf is something I enjoy but I am not a golf nut, I have a high handicap but I continue to do it to have fun, am a member of a great golf course, and if you get mad or throw clubs after a poor shot I don't want to golf with you!!
I used to teach computer skills for Seniors but quit and the last few years have only kept up with email and it's problems although I still enjoy the the many technical articals I subscribe to.
Very do very little boondocking anymore but we do enjoy travelling in the Okanagan & Kootenay areas of British Columbia Canada as well as Washington and Idaho states in the USA
We still have our "old" class A motorhome, it's not quite as old as us (we've had it almot 30 years) but like us it is in good shape for the condition it is in. It's only 27' long but has all the amenities we need, satellite TV, two Tvs, inverter, CD and DVD, bathroom in the bedroom (or bedroom in the bathroom) which ever you prefer to see it. It is parked off street beside our garage and is always plugged in ready to go.
